Solid option

While nothing fancy, this house fully met all our needs for a family gathering. Communication with Sunset Lodging was also great. Would definitely book again.

Friends Gathering

Great place for a large group. Nearly every bedroom had its own bathroom, can’t express how nice that is. Well furnished with items to prep meals with, discovered games to play in evening, chill on deck and relax in hot tub . House well loved and shows here and there, one mattress needs replaced. But would stay again and recommend to others.

Great stay for extended family

The house was clean and in good condition. It was nice to be so close to the SHARC and the village. Each bedroom had its own bathroom (the bunkroom accessed from the hallway) which was really nice. There is only one living space and it's a bit small but it worked for our family, especially since we spent so much time outside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sequoia 1 in Sunriver is a great place to stay! We had 11 family members so the set-up was almost perfect with the 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom! The only drawback was that the bunk room was crowded with 4 kids occupying it. Would have been a bit more comfortable having the bunks in one of the larger bedrooms. Location was amazing! So close to the Shark and Village. We only rent from pet friendly homes that provide Shark passes for everyone so that sealed the deal. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the appliances worked good. The home had a comfortable lived in appearance with super comfy soft beds, extra blankets and pillows. Check in and out was flawless.Check out Blondies pizza (yum) and rent an e-bike from Four Seasons Recreational Outfitters. They are so friendly and really helpful!An all around great experience! Highly recommend!!

Sunriver Close to Village Home

This home is a great option if you have extended family or friends staying with. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which we loved. The location is close to the village and shark pool so is very convenient. It is right off Beaver Drive so is a little noisy but not bad. The deck and hot tub are in the front of the house instead of out back. It is private with a surround wall but not as easy to access as it would be if out back. The bikes were very comfortable to ride and we used the 2 innertubes to float the river! Overall a very comfortable house with open kitchen to living room and the TV was large enough to watch comfortably.

Perfect first trip to Sunriver

Came to Sunriver to celebrate daughter's birthday. Couldn't have had a better time. The home was perfect for our needs. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The village was a mere minute drive down the road to visit the spa, dine out and shop. Everything was as advertised and more. Check in/ Check out process was ideal. We are looking forward to making this trip a yearly tradition with our family and hoping that this location will be available when we do, because it was exemplary.

Welcoming 2024 family getaway

We enjoyed our stay here our annual New Year's Eve family getaway. Although, we didn't have any snow this year, we still enjoyed hiking, going to the pool and exploring outdoors. The house was well equipped with many pots and pans, dishes for baking and plenty of plates, bowls and silverware (which have been lacking in many places we have stayed before). Perfect Home for Large Gatherings

A great setup for multiple families that kept everyone comfortable and gave them privacy. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with nice dinnerware, decent cookware and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal- including spices and condiments. I would definitely stay here again.

The stairs were a little rough on the elderly. I can't wait to use this house again next year! The house was far enough away we could enjoy the wild life, but close enough to town we could get food and the essentials. The bikes and board games were the perfect touch for the kids. Having enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone was essential for us.I wish a king bed could fit in the room with the queen bed. The jacuzzi was perfect on cold nights. We love all the windows.

Nice house

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice that everyone had their own bathrooms and tvs in their rooms. The beds were large and comfy. We liked the location because it was close to the SHARC and The Village. The bikes were all in good condition and ready to ride.

Was nice to have w hot tub and loved that the house came with sharc passes! Downfall was the house was not super clean would like them to spend a little more time between people cleaning there were splatters on the wall and cabinets, a old hard breadstick under one of the beads and just not up to my cleanliness level. Great location to the village, park and sharc center.

Family Fun

We had 11 family members from gramma and grandpa, two adult sons and their families to include 5 young grandkids. The house arrangement worked perfectly for all of us. There was never a dull moment with so much to do in the resort and sightseeing adventures! Great place to make family memories!!

Perfect for a large group

We loved having 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a hot tub and A/C. We would rent this house again. The house could use a better cleaning. There were cobwebs on the light fixture above the dining table. The dirt and debris on the floor around the couches and behind the couch that is opened to below is visible. I pulled out a mixing bowl to use for dinner and it had popcorn debris in it.

Great for a group.

We were a large group in town for a relay race. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms allowed for plenty of places to sleep and plenty of privacy to get ready for our race. The hot tub was great after our run.

Lovely stay

Really enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable for 7 adults and 2 small children. We got a lot of use out of the well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, bunk bed room and fireplace. East walk to the sledding hill and to town. I would caution folks with toddlers that the stair case js pretty central to the house so you’d have to block it and/or keep a close watch on little ones. Besides that it’s absolutely great, would stay again.
