The bedrooms are located on the two lower levels of the home and an open concept top floor living room, kitchen and dining area with access to the top floor deck- perfect for sunning and relaxation! Vaulted ceilings give the living space an even more open feel and the fantastically appointed kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave drawer and warming drawer- wonderful for Holidays or those large family dinners. The main living area has google home, so you request and play your favorite tunes at the drop of a hat!
The foyer has an elevator that services all floors of the home which is very convenient for delivering groceries and luggage to the upper levels of this home. Up one flight of stairs, the first floor of this home provides a bunk room with four twin beds that is perfect for kids. The bunk room also has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath which are sure to calm and sooth all your stress away- you will never want to leave! The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access.
Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grill and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you enjoy the beautiful weather in the back yard. Is there a better way to relax after a long day on the beach? In the outdoor utility room there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and other fun beach amenities for the family to enjoy!

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
