This property was great for our family of 5! Kitchen/rooms/laundry were fully stocked, multiple spaces for outdoor hangs, 2-car garage, a quick walk to the beach and town, and bonus beach gear & two bikes! The bikes could use some maintenance and locks though. My watch-outs are that the unit did not have AC and does have 3 flights of stairs for those with mobility issues. Would absolutely visit again, thanks for having us!

The condo was clean and comfy. The location is ideal with close access to the beach and restaurants. The rooftop lounge and balcony were an added outside area space to relax. The large garage was perfect for an SUV with plenty of room for another smaller car.

We hope that the host was just as pleased with the way we left the property as we were when we arrived, because we HAVE to come back. The property and location were AMAZING! Especially when we discovered that the stairs on the 2nd floor led to a roof top terrace, firepit/BBQ. We immediately changed dinner plans for our 2nd evening and had to stay in to enjoy dinner on the roof!

Situated in a nice spot of Pismo. Walking distance to everything — especially the great cinnamon roll shop. Great to have a dedicated parking spot. Management was super quick to respond to a couple of questions. Unit was spacious and clean. My only note is for folks who prefer firm mattresses, you may struggle with the beds here as they are on the softer side. Great house for a large family or two couples to share.

The property layout is terrific; a lot of the furniture is fairly worn. The patio furniture on the roof is missing cushions completely and the tall chairs slope uncomfortably downwards and can not be adjusted. The table lamp in living room is crazy wobbly and basically unusable. The bikes in the garage, while I appreciate they are there for guest use, are actually dangerous to try to ride as the chains are rusted, the gears do not shift, and one of the seats is permanently swiveling whenever we tried to ride. All that isn’t so bad, but the incredibly unreliable WiFi (continuously buffering) made zoom calls impossible and we couldn’t even stream Netflix without constant buffering. I needed to work on this trip and the terrible WiFi made that impossible. The worst thing was the day I discovered the bad WiFi-I reached out to the host and it took her over seven hours to respond. Not ideal. I’d still rent there again, provided I did not need WiFi. If you do want reliable WiFi, keep looking as this place does not come through on that count..
