It's located in a safe neighborhood, 1 block from the beach and 1/2 block from the Water Taxi stop. On a second floor, with elevator and a unit with lots of windows.
Fully furnished, clean, newly remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom, with central air conditioning
Equipped kitchen, linens and bath towels, iron and ironing board, as well as beach towels, playpen, and queen air mattress, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, bicycles, sand toys and more! Convenient laundry facility, pool, BBQ area, and storage.

Located steps away from pristine beaches (to the east) where you can enjoy stunning ocean views and amazing restaurants, Water Taxi to Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood restaurants, and the Intracoastal Waterway (to the west).
