About this property

Shock Hill modern mountain luxury ski home with 2 master bedrooms

This incredible 4 bedroom and 4 1/2 bathroom ski home. The home is in the ultra exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood with it's own Gondola stop. It is 75 steps from the heated garage to the Shock Hill Mid station gondola. You can take the gondola up to the base of Peak 7 or Peak 8 or down to town for restaurants and shopping. The Breckenridge Nordic trails are out your backdoor!

We built this home with two master bedrooms. The master bedrooms have king size beds with double vanities and walk in closets. In addition there is bedroom with a queen size bed with it's own private bathroom. The last bedroom has 2 sets of custom built-in bunks and a bathroom. In addition, there is another set custom built-in bunks hidden behind a barn door.

The home was professionally decorated! The home has hot tub and gas fire pit area on the ground level.

A Gem in the Mountains

This house is fabulous!! The location is right by the gondola so getting to Peak 8 or into town was super easy. Our kids loved waking up and being able to take a scenic walk near by. The kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful! The hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit. We had the best week and hope to be back again next year!!

Family Ski Trip!

Wonderful stay! We had 4 families staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was steps away from the gondola so it was an easy walk each day (even in ski boots!). We were pleasantly surprised by how stocked everything was (there were plenty of paper goods, toiletries, towels, kitchen staples etc). The home had lots of high end touches that really made it even more special! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home and location to friends and family!

Absolutely wonderful property! Steps from Gondola. The house has everything and more.. from plenty of soft toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, spices and more.. Everyone enjoyed theirselves. Easy access to peak 7 or 8! Easy access to town! Heated garage to put your ski gear on.. it was perfect.

This house was amazing. It was exactly as represented online. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. The Miele coffee pot was a highlight. The steam shower was a lifesaver. Dean was very communicative.

Beautiful home in Breck

We had the best time at this beautiful home in Breckinridge! Close to everything. Gondola was so fun to ride back and forth to town, as well as up mountain to all the fun activities. I usually don’t care to cook on vacation, but this house was so well stocked and upscale (Wolf appliances), we ended up cooking a lot and just going to town for drinks. Spent an afternoon on the deck reading a good book. Hot tub and fire pit were awesome too. Super quiet area with trails all around. Host was wonderful as well!

Perfect Stay!

Going to Breck? Stay here. Period. It was truly ski in/out with such a short walk to the gondola and a short ride on it to the mountain. So easy. The house was comfortable and a great layout for our 3 adults and 3 kids. Heated garage was a bonus. It was also nice to have food staples already at the house. It made cooking so easy. We had groceries delivered on our way from the airport. The association took good care of us as well, even cleaning off the deck of snow (and it snowed a bunch when we were just there). Hot tub was great and it was nice to have a fire pit, but we did not use it. Easy drive to town where we liked to walk around and grab food. Homestead was great! One of the best places we have stayed. Thank you!!If we go back, I will stay here again.

Awesome place next to the gondola!

This place was amazing and in a fabulous, convenient spot - we came home for lunch most days, which saved us money as the mountain food can be expensive. We travelled with another family and it was perfect for the 10 of us. There is so much storage and plenty of space for everyone. Dean was very helpful and pointed us in the direction of places to eat and things to do other than skiing eg. tubing in Frisco. If there were any problems he was quick to answer any questions and fix any issues we had. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and would go back! The only downside for us was the gondola times -n sometimes they closed at 5:30pm and sometimes 6pm. As the house isn't on the free shuttle circuit, and we didn't have a car, we had to Uber to town. This wasn't a big issue as the pick up times were quick, but it can add up if you have to get 10 people to town and back! All in all a fabulous place, thanks Dean and Amber we loved your beautiful house and would recommend to anyone!

Family Ski vacation

My wife and I had the chance to stay at this property over the past week. To say the property is excellent is an understatement. We had a total of 9 people, 7 of which were children. Everything from Cleanliness, location, ease of check in and owner/ manager communication was second to none. We skied everyday!! The location to the mountain is perfect.
