A great little spot in a quiet neighbourhood

A nice simple home with a fantastic oven, comfortable beds and a nice back garden. Carolyn was kind and welcoming and recommended some great places to visit on wet days. Hopefully we will come back again .

Amazing Stay

We booked Carolyn’s accommodation for the long weekend. It was a beautiful kept property. We felt beyond comfortable staying there and we will defiantly book again. It was a nice quiet street and close to the beach and cafes. Carolyn was a great host, very friendly. Thank you for letting us stay at your accommodation. Highly recommend for anyone!

Quiet retro beach house

We had a lovely time at Carolyn’s property in Cudmirrah. The house is simple, clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed. The highlight is a beautiful and large backyard garden - kids had a blast playing at the back. Sadly there is no dishwasher, but it brought back memories from my childhood where we had to take turns helping with the dishes! One thing to note is that there is no patrolled beach walking distance to the house - our family preferred to drive to find a patrolled beach. There are other nearby water opportunities (inlet, lake).

Lovely cottage. More space than looks on photos. Walking distance to beach and lake. Great option for a relaxing holiday.

Simple and comfy house, close to the beach

The house is a bit basic amenities wise, (didn’t have a dishwasher or wifi) but overall provides a clean and comfortable stay. Carolyn is easy to communicate with and very warm. Backyard and barbecue area is lovely! 5 mins walk to the lovely beach. We had a great time with family and friends at this home over Christmas break.

Quiet and comfy and beach close by

Location was just what we were after - in walking distance to the stunningly beautiful Cudmirrah beach and the lake, and an easy drive to Jervis Bay and surrounding areas for walking. The house is cosy, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed. We had the restful and relaxing holiday we wanted for our stay.
