Beachfront apartment!!!!! 30 meters from the sand,

Brand new apartment! Facing the sea, when opening the condominium gate will be on the beach !!

We are 1,600 meters from the handicraft fair in central Mongaguá.

In the bedroom there is a wardrobe + 1 double bed + 4 new and excellent quality single mattresses.

In the living room we have TV + DVD + set of brown leather sofas.
Dining room with table and 4 chairs, we have 3 more stools for the counter.
The bathroom contains a beautiful shower, glass shower enclosure, and all new sanitary parts.
Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove and microwave, large brick cabinets with all necessary utensils, blender, toaster, cake mixer, sandwich maker, rice cooker, juice centrifuge.
The balcony of the apartment and all windows have safety nets


The apartment is very well located, complete, practically a few meters from the sand, organized building, 24-hour concierge, elevator, covered and uncovered parking.

A comunicação com a proprietária é ótima, detalhada e disposta a ajudar nos horários. Apenas nas fotos, na cozinha não tem o filtro de água, e no quarto não tem a tv. Recomendo muito a estadia, tem todos os utensílios para auxiliar e se vê a limpeza feita antes da estadia, muito acolhedor e em frente a praia. Ter garagem é super benefício, obrigada pela estadia!

Descanço na segurança

Já conheco a região de Mongaguá, o prédio de frente pro mar nos possibilitou uma estadia agradável e segura pois podemos desfrutar do local a pé ou de carro de forma rápida. O ap ofereceu além da estadia e tranquilidade um aconchego no retorno da rua com infra estrutura muito boa de cozinha. Gostei muito espero retorno em breve.

Fiquei cinco dias maravilhosos nesse imóvel e já estou me programando para voltar a anfitriã é muito educada e atenciosa, a vista da varanda, da orla e excepcional e dormir e acordar com o barulho do mar não tem preço, pé na areia mesmo e o comércio é completo e bem próximo não necessitando nem de carro, quiosques a poucos metros do prédio, realmente tudo MARAVILHOSO recomendo a todos que queiram PAZ, SOSSEGO e dias de tranquilidade.

Não gostei muito. Faixa de praia ruim, esgoto caindo no mar, muito mal cheiro. A limpeza do AP deixou a desejar. Não tem Wi-Fi. Não tem máquina de lavar. Colchão de casal muito ruim, com molas q machucam. O ap não é novo. Tem algumas coisas q precisam de reparo, e coisas q precisam ser jogadas fora. Tem bastante utensílio de cozinha e o chuveiro é muito bom. Falei com a senhora silene q prometeu arrumar o q precisa.

O apartamento é super organizado, limpo e confortável. Literalmente de frente para a praia. Funcionários do prédio muito educados e prestativos, o bairro é tranquilo, a praia é bem agradável. Meu namorado e eu adoramos e voltaremos mais vezes com certeza! A proprietária Michele foi muito simpática conosco e prestativa. O ap dispõe de todos itens e utensílios necessários para uma estadia confortável, unica obervação é que é necessário levar todos os mantimentos caso planeje cozinhar. Há muitos comércios perto, extra, mercadinhos, padaria, bares, etc. Enfim...super recomendo! Podem alugar sem medo =)
