Very nice, clean townhome. It had everything you would need. Amazing fireplace and the owner was very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay again.

We’re really happy with our stay at this property. Location was great, near Safeway, and a short drive from restaurants and other shops. The hardwood kitchen table and chairs were beautiful and large enough to accommodate the entire family. We also enjoyed the grill. The underground parking was also a huge bonus. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
There were 4 adults, one child and two dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. Property was clean, equipped with all the necessities (could use more plates and bowls), cozy gas fireplace, great dining area, beautiful master suite and cool bunk room for anyone else each with its own bathroom.. Great location for the ski bus. The HOA could do a much better job of keeping the walkways clear of snow and ice. Property manager was VERY VERY responsive. Hot tub was divine....very clean, very hot and the overhead stars were plentiful. All in all, a great stay.

Very comfortable!
I rented the pet friendly Fraser condo for 6 weeks during the summer. It was a very comfortable condo with everything I needed for my stay. It's convenient to town, the kitchen knives are actaully sharp, the king bed was very comfortable, good wi-fi, and a brand new bbq! The bbq didn't work so Patrik, the owner was very accommodating and brought me a brand new one. There are a few things that need attention. The window cranks don't work so I had to use a pair of pliers to open and close, even though the kitchen had ample cookware and dishes they could use more food storage containers for people that are staying long term and are cooking a lot. The windows are in desperate need of cleaning, I could hardly see out of them. These are minor things but wanted to bring it to attention. All in all, I had a fantastic stay in a comfortable place away from home. I would recommend this pet friendly condo.

We had a relaxing stay in Fraser. The condo was very clean. The deck was a mess, dirty and the grill still had chicken parts in it. I spent an hour cleaning the deck and grill so we could bbq and watch the sunset. The hot tub was not okay. It was full of leaves, the water was luke warm, the torn cover was not over the tub and the water looked dirty. The hot tub was a selling point and I thought I was going to be able to use it to help rehab my shoulder. No luck there. The underground parking was not accessible because both doors were broken. I went down to talk to a worker because the condo smelled like exhaust. They had a truck idling in the garage and it was toxic. There was a kid in the cab of the truck that turned off the truck when I entered the garage. This all could have been easily fixed if they had a good HOA and qualified employees. There was no hot water the first night we arrived. We found the water heater turned to vacation mode so had to wait a few hours for showers. It was not worth the fee!

"Thanks for staying with us and thanks for your feedback. I have addressed the issues you pointed out in your review with the HOA management company. The hot tub has been fixed and is now in working order and appropriately hot with a new cover on it. The entry garage door has been fixed and is also in working condition. The HOA management company assures me that the exit door will be fixed asap and fully operational. In the meantime, it can be manually opened. Therefore, future travelers can currently park their cars in the underground garage. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused and hope to have the opportunity to host you again the next time that you're in the area." Best, the Evolve Team
This place was nice, and in a beautiful location; however it should not have been rented at all during this time period for safety reasons. The building was scheduled for roofing, which I did not find out until 48 hours prior to arrival. (this was after my cancellation period, I was not offered other accommodations). It was truly a construction site-nails, roofing material, spliced electrical cords scared everywhere. I had to clear a path for my dog to take him outside as tarps were not used to contain the nails. At one point I had a nail hit me in the head. There was some sort of gas generator right outside our front door. I asked to move but was not offered any other accommodations. The entire building of 6 units had been vacated, except for ours. It was extremely loud, I was scheduled to work during this time. I was forced to cancel most of my meetings (lost income). Just a big disappointment overall for this work/play vacation. The unit should have been "blocked out" during this time, as the other 5 in the building. Safety was not a consideration.

- We immediately forwarded you the construction notice from our HOA after we received it. We offered you a full refund if you wanted to cancel your stay, but you declined.
- Because you chose to keep your booking, we provided you with several quiet locations you could go to complete any work.
- The other units aren't rented in the fall which is why you didn't come across any guests.
- We always want to make things right if our guests aren't comfortable, and we credited you for any inconvenience with the construction. We're glad we were also able to accommodate you after you extended your stay by an extra night.

Careful Consideration to Details
What you see is what you get with this condo in Fraser. Just off the beaten path and on a bus route, the condo is clean, well cared for and exactly like the pictures. Recently painted and extremely clean, the two bedroom, two bath condo is perfect for a couple or a couple and kids. The King Sized master bed is comfortable, the bathrooms are tight but clean and in great working order. The fireplace and Nest thermostat keep the living area comfortable and warm. The kitchen although a tad small has all the necessary utensils to cook a full three or four course dinner. The outside grill (we didn't use it), looks like it would be great for grilln. Communication with the owner was quick efficient and friendly. I would refer this location to a friend as it was perfect for the two of us and our dog. when we go back to WP we will definitely contact this condo owner again. One note, we had a space case on our vehicle which prohibited us from using the underground garage and that was a flaw in the initial design of the condo and not a reflection on this outstanding owner of said property. We wound up parking outside with no problems at all.
Beautiful and affordable property.
I had some issues dealing with Evolve. I tried reaching them for a while before finally hearing from them. Once I was able to get a hold of them the issue work out quickly.

Fabulous Fraser!
We enjoyed a wonderful longer weekend in Fraser! The condo was well-appointed, easily accessible, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves!
The booking process with Evolve and the communication with the host was seamless. It was a bonus that we could bring our sweet pup too!
We would love to return and we have shared the listing with family and friends too!
Very quiet and peaceful condo in friendly division. Close to Winter Park and many restaurants and shops in Fraser.
Host was very helpful even when we called late on the night we were checking in.
Our dog was happy when we discovered two little lakes and a river on the Fraser trail were just minutes away.
We hope to come back again very soon!!!
Close to winter park and stocked with everything we needed. There were a lot of trails within driving distance as well as shopping nearby. The home was a perfect for our family of 5, and it was well cared for. Very comfortable accommodations throughout the home.
Clean, quiet, great location, comfortable master bed, and everything is stocked but your food. If you forgot something it is here. Games, cheese grater, blow dryer. Etc...

Great Condo
Perfect condo in a great location. Everything was clean. Location was perfect. Great hiking trails around and not too far of a drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Had everything we needed for cooking (pots, pans, and a great assortment of spices). Nice parking garage with a good storage space.
Stayed for three weeks to get in some mountain biking and summer activities in the area. Great location, easy to get around, really cozy property with everything you need for your stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you!
We had a nice stay at Patrik's place. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and more! Beds were comfortable and the whole condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the deck for an afternoon cocktail and the living room for games and watching tv.
This was right in fraser so good location. The townhome has few windows and the porch is small and in a few trees so dont expect any view. Place was simple and functional for us. Location was really good
To get around the area
We loved this condo and will definitely go back. The beds were super comfortable. We loved that we didn't have anyone upstairs from us so it was quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the heated garage. The garage doors have to be opened and closed manually which may be an issue if you are short (the closing part).
The kitchen is fairly limited but that is what we expect from this type of rental and since we are here to ski and not make gourmet meals we are fine with that.
This condo is very roomy and laid out well for a family of 4. We even hosted friends for dinner comfortably. The heated garage spot is a definite bonus in the winter time. The owner was very responsive to my questions.
