Welcoming to pets, very clean and well stocked, great layout for our group (2 couples and 1 single, plus 2 dogs). Super easy drive to Winter Park resort and into town for food/activities. Wonderful stay, would definitely come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is perfect place for us! It meets our must-haves for our annual ski trip: private hot tub, washer/dryer (we can pack very light) and a garage. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need and if very well organized. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfy!The management was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We will be back next year!!

Cozy Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Fraser Mountain Base. It was well equipped with everything we needed and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having the hot tub on the balcony after a day on skiing on the mountain and that we were able to bring our fur-baby to this unit. Only downside is for Winterpark Resort shuttle service we found trying to use the shuttle service to a bit confusing as you have to change lines and ended up driving daily. A little more instruction on this would be helpful if you don't plan on driving to the mountain.

This place was everything we needed! We have stayed in places where there weren’t good kitchen dishes, pots and and pans, etc. The beds were comfy, the living space was great, and having our own hot tub was the best. Morning hot tubbing was a favorite for the kiddos. It’s also close to the grocery store, restaurants, and the winter park resort. Would definitely stay again!
