Welcome to this centrally located three bedroom home, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance to the central business district, this home is located about 100 metres from an award winning, popular brewery. Enjoy a meal and selection of locally made beer and stroll back to your accommodation.
Built in 1890, this solid stone home offers two spacious front bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, a third bedroom has two singles while a futon sleeps two.

Solid stone walls and lofty ceilings create a sense of calm. Built in 1890, this historic home has been lovingly restored with modern comforts.

There are two spacious bedrooms at the front of the home. Both have queen size beds. A central hallway opens to a roomy kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen has been fully renovated, providing a gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher. A microwave, kettle, toaster and numerous kitchen essentials make it easy to cook up a storm.

Adjoining the kitchen, the lounge room has a modern television, DVD player plus retro styled Atari rewind games console! A reverse cycle air conditioner is located in the lounge.

A small second living area towards the rear of the home has a sofa bed and leads through to the bathroom and third bedroom.

The bathroom has been fully renovated and had a corner vanity plus shower over the full bath. Ample towels are provided.

A third bedroom has two single beds along with toys and books for some downtime relaxation.

The rear of the home provides a laundry and separate toilet. The laundry has a modern washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a wifi connection provided for the home with a 200GB allowance each month.
