This apartment has a master bedroom with queen size bed, private balcony, walk-in robe, and ensuite; Second double bedroom; 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms; sleeps up to 8. With 3 bathrooms and the main bathroom offers a spa. Very spacious, beautifully appointed living areas with fully equipped laundry. Double lock-up remote-controlled garage and remote-controlled security gate to a driveway with guest parking area. BBQ with full outdoor setting. TV and stereo system. Ducted air-conditioning throughout. A 24-metre pontoon available (on request only) extra charge of $450 for pontoon. Lawned and landscaped garden.
