The Apartments feature a master bedroom with queen size bed, private balcony, walk-in robe, and ensuite; second double bedroom; and 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms and main bathroom with spa. Very spacious, beautifully appointed living areas. Fully equipped laundry. Double lock-up, remote-controlled garage, and remote-controlled security gate to a driveway with guest parking area. BBQ with full outdoor setting. TV and stereo system. Ducted air-conditioning throughout. 24 metre pontoon available (on request only) extra $450 to use. Lawned and landscaped garden.
