Comfortable living and dining areas in this single level home provide great views of the Atlantic Ocean and Topsail Sound! New living room furnishings and new flooring add to the appeal! A lovely king master bedroom with a comfy chair for reading or napping, and an open style living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for spending time with loved ones. You will have great fun entertaining your family on the oceanfront covered porch and large open deck with built-in seating. The soundfront dock and pier directly across the street enables you to bring the boat for those evening cruises out on Topsail Sound or a ride to New Topsail Inlet to see what you can catch.

Perfect

This was our first time at Topsail. The rental was clean, fully equipped with kitchen supplies, bedrooms were spacious, and home was welcoming! The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all due to the location and no public beach access. My family and I would love to stay at this house again!
