Sharlene’s property was comfortable and the location suited us perfectly. We had a reasonably long stay, so really appreciated having the washing machine available.

Excellent location

We were very happy with the apartment. Excellent location with shops and beach an easy walk and lovely park and walking paths. The apartment had everything we needed and the large patio was well used and enjoyed!

Home away from home, well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. Comfiest bed ever! Walked everywhere, barely had to drive. Lovely restaurant on the river almost opposite the apartment and incredible sunsets.

Beautiful place and location etc. Cotton tree is a great location. Apartment is in great location and well equipped- walk out the front door, onto the Esplanade and straight to the water. Great communication with Sharlene. Would recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼☀️

Loved it !

Such a fabulous location. Sharlene’s communication was great and prompt if we had any queries, the unit was very clean and while it’s not new it’s very well appointed. Neighbouring residents were lovely too. We highly recommend Sharlene and Allen’s unit - we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again when staying in the area.

Wonderful Christmas Getaway

Our stay here was wonderful. The place was beautiful, very clean, comfortable bedding, great selection of appliances & crockery and an excellent outdoor entertaining area. The park and calm beach across the road was fantastic for our little boy. The neighbourhood was quite, friendly and peaceful. The owners were lovely to liaise with. We highly recommend this property.

I would not hesitate to recommend this Apartment as it is spacious and has lots of comfortable lounges and nooks to sit, relax and hide away......... from the kids lol. Close to beach, shops etc. Will hopefully go back again sometime. Girls loved the pool. Thanks.

We are a retired couple living between Thailand,Sunshine Coast & Melbourne.
We use our Thailand Condo to travel the world on Homeswap’s .
When we finally decide to settle down it will be in Sunshine Coast therefore it will be easier to visit family in Melbourne.
I have 2 sons who have lovely partners plus 4 beautiful grandchildren.
Before we retired Allan owned. Security company with 24hour monitoring station and I managed a local furniture store .
We decided after selling the business that we wanted to travel so rented a place in Thailand which we eventually purchased and now are living a great life

Why they chose this property

Our Unit is directly across the road from Maroochydore River and Ocean and within walking distance of Restaurants,Bars Surf clubs ,RSL and major shopping Centre which is great as we don’t need a car .
There is also a great park facing us with 2 playgrounds plus undercover Barbucue facilities
Sunshine Coast Airport is 15mins away and Brisbane International 1 hour drive .
There is also a Bus stop minutes walk away which will take you to all tourist destinations and Airports

What makes this property unique

Close to everything so don’t need a car plus huge partially covered patio area which is totally secured and safe for children
