Great stay, close to everything especially the beach

Had a great stay, everything worked perfectly and it was decently priced too. You could hear the beach which was only a stone throw away.

Great location. However the cigarette smell was terrible- made us feel unwell. All our clothes smelt of smoke just from being in the room. Mattresses were really poor, foam. Difficulty having a restful sleep.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking, so it’s unfortunate that you experienced a smoke smell during your stay. It’s possible that smoke may have wafted up from another unit below, as there was no odour present when the apartment was inspected after your departure. We were pleased to be able to move you into another unit straight away for the remainder of your stay, so it’s disappointing to see this reflected in a one-star review. We’ll also pass your comments about the single bunk mattresses on to the owner for consideration.

Apartment was super conveniently located to beach & shops. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s an older, basic, no frills apartment. But it was clean, quiet and comfortable. It’s on the third floor so be prepared for lots of steps. Key collection and drop off were smooth.

The location of this accommodation was so wonderful. Close to the beach/ parks and cafes. The kids absolutely loved utilising the pool and just running over to the beach in afew short steps. Very disappointed in the lack of cleaning done. I was previously a holiday home cleaner therefor may have high standards, but this was easily the worst I've ever stayed in. The dust around most windows, toilet role, floors ect was insane. The washing machine smelt like stagnant water so maybe clean out before use. Do not stay here in the middle of a heat wave. There is no AC and only one broken fan that only points upwards. However in winter there is 5 heaters in the cupboard ready to go so may be better. The bathroom drain smelt awful , and could not believe the unit only provided 1 toilet paper roll. No hand towels, no towels, no linen, no tea /coffee/milk/sugar, no bin liners , quite literally nothing. However as I said. It has a prime location and the neighbours were so lovely.

Car accommodation very difficult to get into ,very steep underside of vehicle scrapping . Bath room needs update vanity required repair , agent arranged plumber as soon as notified. Location very good. Bldg older type probably could do with a makeover.
