First floor apartment with excellent sea views. Set in landscaped gardens with 2 pools and open and shaded terraces for sun and relaxation. 5 minutes walk to lovely gently shelving sandy beach, ideal for young children. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. The fishing village of Macaret is a pleasant walk, in high season there is a little train that goes there. Son Parc golf club is a 10 minute drive. Mahon airport 20 minutes drive.

Lovely Holiday

Holiday with my son in August. Lovely, very clean, peaceful spot. Great communication with Paco, the place owner. Close 5 min walk to the beach and near local shop with fresh bakery, fruits and local products. We definitely recommend â€ïžđŸŒŠKatarzyna and Tadeusz

This is a lovely apartment, it had everything we needed whilst we stayed here. Its very close to the supermarket, the beach was roughly a 9 minute walk. The pool area was very good, plenty of sun beds, and the pool is very clean. My daughter made friends around the pool every day. The only thing the apartment needs, is more fans. In the main bedroom there was a fan attached to the wall, which worked great. In the small bedroom there was a floor fan, which didnt send out much air, and only worked on a timer of 30 minutes, so through the night you had to keep reseting the fan. No fan in the front room area. The balcony was a good size for us to sit out and eat our lunch and dinner around the table. Chairs probably could be updated to the plastic garden chairs, which are a big bigger than the chairs on the balcony. Thank you for letting us stsy at your apartment.We would definitely come back again.

Wir hatten bereits vor der Buchung vermutet, dass die Fotos mit Weitwinkel aufgenommen wurden und deshalb explizit nachgelesen: 60 qm. FĂŒr uns ausreichend und deshalb gebucht. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Wohnung nur max. 40 qm groß ist – ĂŒber 30 % weniger als beworben. FĂŒr vier Personen war sie fĂŒr uns damit deutlich zu klein. Wir hĂ€tten sie nicht gebucht wenn uns die tatsĂ€chliche GrĂ¶ĂŸe bekannt gewesen wĂ€re.ZusĂ€tzlich waren zwei von drei Ventilatoren defekt, die LamellentĂŒren am Balkon nicht schließbar (Sicherheitsrisiko und mangelnde LĂŒftungsmöglichkeit) und das WLAN so unzuverlĂ€ssig, dass wir Datenpakete kaufen mussten. Mit Teenie oder wenn man arbeiten möchte, Ă€rgerlich. Trotz Meldung an FeWo-direkt erhielten wir bis zum Ablauf der Bewertungsfrist keine RĂŒckmeldung. Sauberkeit und Lage Aber top.Warum derart alte und defekte Ventilatoren bereitgestellt und nicht ausgetauscht werden und an Geschirr so gespart wird (je ein Teller und einmal Besteck pro Person, insgesamt nur ein SchĂ€lchen, keine WeinglĂ€ser), ist fĂŒr uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Terrasse avec vue splendide

L’appartement de Paco est trĂšs propre et trĂšs fonctionnel. GrĂące Ă  sa double exposition et la possibilitĂ© de faire un courant d’air, la tempĂ©rature reste trĂšs agrĂ©able. La vue depuis la terrasse, sur la piscine et la mer, est splendide. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter l’üle. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Paco et sa femme qui sont charmants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Arena d'en Castell et ses environs. L' appartement est conforme aux descriptions, propre, bien équipé. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, belle piscine, vue mer, terrain bien entretenu et fleuri...et le soleil était bien au rendez-vous pour cette premiÚre semaine de juin.Paco, le propriétaire était disponible pour nous transmettre tous les renseignements.Nous conseillons ce logement.

Älteres Apartment in schöner Anlage

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Zweck erfĂŒllt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Die Gegend hat uns gut gefallen, das Meer zu Fuss erreichbar, einige nette Restaurants und Bars, sowie kleine SupermĂ€rkte in der NĂ€he.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Menorca mit allem was dazu gehört. Das Appartement liegt in einer schönen, sehr gepflegten Anlage, da das Meer allerdings sehr nah ist, haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, alles war wie besprochen vor sortieren, die Wohnung sauber und auf dem Balkon lĂ€sst es sich wunderbar frĂŒhstĂŒcken. Ein kleiner Abzug fĂŒr d it e benachbarte Ferienanlage und dort laute Parties bis in die Nacht. Insgesamt aber ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Great stay

We had a fantastic moment at Paco's apartment. He is a very kind host. The rental is well supplied and well located next to a supermarket, the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool in the complex. Only a negative point: we were very hot. There are fans but it's not enough in great heat and even with the windows opened, it's been impossible to make drafts. Perfekter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Angaben und Fotos und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist fantastisch, die Betten bequem und die KĂŒche ausreichend ausgerĂŒstet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool groß. Arenal d’en Castell bietet einen schönen, fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichenden Stand, Restaurants und LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte sind ebenfalls in der NĂ€he und man kommt mit dem Auto von dort sehr gut zu allen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Wanderrouten. Die Kommunikation mit Paco ist sehr einfach und schnell und er war sehr entgegenkommend bei Anfragen. Somit ein perfekter Ort fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub.

L'hébergement est top! TrÚs propre. Bien équipé. Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif. Le seul petit bémol : nous étions fin avril et il faisait trÚs froid. L'hébergement n'a pas de chauffage et il faisait trÚs froid dans l'appartement. Mais nous n'avons pas eu de chance pour la météo.

FantĂĄstico para unos dĂ­as de descanso

Estuvimos una semana en familia. Mucha tranquilidad, el apartamento es amplio y cĂłmodo. La terraza con bonitas vistas. La piscina comunitaria es estupenda, con mucho cĂ©sped y tumbonas. La playa estĂĄ cerca, a unos 5 minutos a pie. Lo Ășnico mejorable es que no tiene aire acondicionado y con los ventiladores no es suficiente si salen dĂ­as muy calurosos.
