One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Beautiful Kauai

Unit was perfectly located, close to great beaches local restaurants...Unit itself was extremely clean and well stock with everything you would need to make a perfect vaca....checking to checking out was easy...We will see again Kauai!!!

Great location!

Condo was great! Location was key and had an easy time dealing with property management. Though the refrigerator was not in great shape and they never came to fix it. Worked well enough so not a huge deal. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Poipu Condo

This condo is in a great location. It’s within easy walking distance to the soft sands of Poipu Beach, Brennecks Beach and many other attractions. Another close walk is along the bluffs to The Grand Hyatt, Shipwrecks Beach and hiking trails. The 1500 square feet was plenty of room for our family of 4. The onsite management staff was helpful and responsive. The interior felt new and of high quality. The kitchen was well stocked for in home cooking.

Clean, beautiful, great location.

The condo is located on the south shore of the Kauai walking distance to Poipu Beach. The condo is very clean, has a washer and dryer, which my wife loves. Beautiful view of the ocean, resounded with beautiful garden. The condo comes with beach equipped. (Buggy Board, beach chairs, fins, snorkeling gear). Highly recommend this place. I would differently will comeback here again.

Paradise

Our stay was amazing. The condo, grounds and location were just perfect. The unit was super clean and updated, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. There was even a coffee grinder so you can enjoy freshly ground Kauai coffee on the lanai with beautiful ocean view. Our daughter visited us for a few days and we all really enjoyed our stay. The parish management company even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding Anniversary. We will definitely tell our family and friend about this unit and want to come back again. Great location and view

This condo was spacious with a wonderful view and very close to Poipu beach. The beach gear provided (umbrellas, towels, boogie boards) was very welcome. Second bedroom had two full beds which was very comfortable for our adult children. The only drawback is lack of air conditioning. Living room cooled down from the balcony, but bedrooms were quite hot even at night.

Great location, nicely furnished, great home base for exploring Kauai

Wonderful condo with a great view of Poipu from the balcony. Equipped with beach gear including boogie boards and chairs. Unit gets a little warm and stuffy in the afternoon, no A/C but there are some fans to get air moving. Nihi Kai is quiet and well maintained, you can see and hear the ocean from the pool.

Great condo. Beautiful view. Super kitchen. Comfortable beds.

This was a great place to stay. Super close to Poipu beaches. Great kitchen, roomy and comfortable bedrooms, beautiful view of the ocean. Only downside was no AC. Facing south meant the master bedroom got pretty warm during the day and took a while to cool down at night.

Beautiful place

Beautiful view and clean, modern living conditions. Could have used air conditioning and we were unable to stay an extra night because everything was booked up.
