Mahalo for your review. We’re so glad to hear the home was clean and welcoming upon your arrival and you enjoyed your Anniversary Trip. We appreciate your understanding regarding the dryer issue and are happy we could resolve it quickly with same-day service. It’s great to know you enjoyed the gym access and the convenient location as well. Hope to welcome you back soon.

Mahalo Michelle. We are glad to hear your ohana has a lovely visit. We cannot wait to host you again soon.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property and that it met your expectations. We're sorry the beds weren’t as comfortable for you-comfort can be subjective, but both we and the owners do our best to ensure a relaxing and restful stay for all our guests. We apologize for the issue with pests. While we do have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, the tropical environment can sometimes lead to unwanted visitors, especially if any food is left out. We wish we had known during your stay so we could’ve addressed it right away.

Mahalo Richard for your 5-star review. We are happy to hear all enjoyed the amenities of the unit and the activities the south end of the island has to offer. Hope to host you again soon.

Mahalo Matteo.

We’re so glad to hear that you found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the beauty of the area. We do wish you had contacted us during your stay regarding the kitchen items, as we would have been happy to replace or provide anything you needed. We’d love the opportunity to help you find your perfect location for a return trip to Kauai, so please don’t hesitate to reach out when the time is right!

Mahalo Jacob for the 5-star review, comments and recommendation. We look forward to hosting you again soon.

Mahalo Karen for your 5-star review and comments. It sounds like you had a really fun week exploring all the restaurants and farmer's markets around town. We are delighted to hear that you loved the unit and found everything you need to feel comfortable and at home during your stay. We look forward to hosting you again soon. Aloha and a hui hou!

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious condo, convenient location, and well-equipped kitchen. Regarding the small bugs, they can appear quickly in Hawaii if any food is left out, as they’re able to enter through tiny cracks and even through screens. Weather conditions can also influence how many are seen at any given time. We do our best to stay ahead of this with regular pest-control treatments. We did not receive any reports of concerns during your stay, so we weren’t aware that assistance was needed, but we would have been happy to help. We also like to reach out to guests directly to ensure they know we’re available, as our system provides more detailed communication than VRBO’s. We apologize if the additional messages felt overwhelming—that was never our intention. As for the bedding, comfort can vary from guest to guest, and we understand the setup may not have been ideal for your needs. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind moving forward.

Mahalo for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. As noted in the rental agreement you signed prior to your stay, not all of our units have air conditioning, and guests are encouraged to review the specific amenities for their unit. We do provide standing fans and ceiling fans in each room to help with airflow. We apologize that the fans didn't meet your expectations and that you experienced issues with the sheets and drainage- we wish you had let our team know so we could have addressed these issues and remedied them during your stay. We're glad the beach supplies and proximity to great snorkeling spots were helpful. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us.

Mahalo Richard for your review and comments We are happy to hear that you loved the unit and the grounds at Waikomo Stream Villas. We can reach out to the owner about adding the additional items that you suggested. We hope that everyone had an incredible time and we look forward to hosting you all again soon. Aloha and a hui hou.

Mahalo for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed the location and found the condo well-appointed and comfortable. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back soon!

Mahalo Melissa for your 5-star review and comments! We look forward to hosting you again soon. Aloha!

Aloha, Alexander. We are sorry you are disappointed with your stay at Waikomo Stream Villas. We will pass on the comment about the pool furniture to the on-site resort manager as I know they always want to keep things in top form. Had you told us during your stay, they most certainly would have address any deficiencies. We apologize on the pool being too cold for you. Many resort pools are not heated but for future reference, we can let you know those that are. We totally understand this can be a necessity during the winter months, especially when the weather was like it was when you were here. AC is also not a standard amenity in older properties, but again, we have many units with AC (even some at Waikomo have recently added it) so we can help find the right unit next time. The mattresses in 423 are not “old”, but we do understand perceptions of comfort vary by mattress type. We agree that sleeping well during your stay is important and we can try to guide you to the best unit…or add a topper if too hard or support if too soft. Again, just let us know during your stay (or prior to arrival) so we can adjust accordingly. We look forward to hosting you again, albeit in a different unit and/or property. Aloha.
