one bedroom spacious apartment with fantastic sea views (55 Sqm). Available for rental. Ideally situated in the heart of the French Riviera at Marina baie Des Anges (Villeneuve-loubet). Only 15 minutes from Nice Airport. Very refined high class interior sleeps 4 in bedroom and lounge. Fully secured garage comes with the apartment, linen provided. Shops and restaurant within walking distance. Beach at the base of the building no road in front just the sea. Perfect holiday destination. For those who want to ski and have the sun at the same time this winter book our flat it is only 1h drive from the ski resort of Gréolières les neiges. The convertible sofa bed in the lounge was replaced in February 2022. IMPORTANT : The pictures of the pool are not valid anymore as some construction is on going during 2023/24/. A New pool will be built but not open before 2025. Some noise disturbance may happen during the day. Owners also own nice villa cottage with pool 15 minutes drive away from this flat (reference FR6129).

Bel Appartement bien équipé et situé à distance de marche du TER, de la promenade de la Baie des Anges et des supermarchés. Le gestionnaire, M. McCulloch, démontre un souci attentif du client et un sens de l'organisation très professionnel; on se sent chez soi très rapidement. Cet appartement est une belle découverte et nous comptons y revenir.
Grâce à l'exposition et à l'emplacement de l'appartement nous avons pu,en décembre, profiter du soleil sur une terrasse face à la mer. La vue est exceptionnelle, la plage à deux pas, les commerces à proximité.
Christopher was the perfect host! He met us at the accommodation and gave a thorough run through of all amenities etc. Everythingvwas as described on the website and there was a very welcoming pack of goodies on arrival. He also gave us plenty of information on the surround area. During our stay he was on hand to answer any questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property and was definitely go back
