Ideal compromise: located on the 7th floor (10th level), with elevator, this apartment offers a breathtaking view on the gardens and the port of the Marina, on the Mediterranean, the Cap d'Antibes, the "Baie des Anges", Nice and the Mercantour mountains.

Everything is wonderful

The apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is very functionally furnished and has everything you need. The location between Nice and Cannes is ideal for trips by car or train.

Superb view overlooking marina and Mediterranean. Location was excellent with easy walking access to beaches, numerous restaurants, market, and train for exploring the coast.

Große Enttäuschung, keine Klimaanlage

Vorsicht, entgegen der Objektbeschreibung ist keine funktionierende Klimaanlage vorhanden, Wohnung im Sommer unerträglich heiß,da reichen Lüfter und Durchzug nicht. Außerdem funktionierte der Herdofen nicht. Fahrstuhl zur Tiefgarage durfte nicht benutzt werden. Der Vermieter äußerte nur Ausflüchte und ist zu Minderung der Miete nicht bereit. Wir sind überaus enttäuscht, obwohl es eigentlich eine tolle Wohnung ist.

Ich hatte als Deutscher das Apartment im November 2024 für 3 Wochen gemietet und von dort aus Telearbeit gemacht. Eine tolle Erfahrung mit diesem schönen Meerblick. Das Apartment war sauber und mit wirklich allem das man braucht ausgestattet. Nur im TV hätte ich mir ein paar internationale bzw. nicht französische Sender gewünscht

Fantastisch verblijf aan de Cote d'Azur

Zeer prettig verblijf in een mooie, ruime en goed uitgeruste accommodatie op een prachtige locatie (met fraai uitzicht op zee) direct aan de haven en het strand van Villeneuve-Loubet. Winkels en restaurants dichtbij. Veel te doen in de buurt, ook met de fiets. Fijn dat we een plekje in de parkeergarage hadden. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep perfect. Voor iedereen aan te raden!

Gesamthaft sehr schöner Urlaub

Wenn bei der Anlage auch ein Pool vorhanden wäre, wäre unser Urlaub sicher perfekt gewesen. So waren die Ferien auch sehr schön aber es hat dann halt einfach nur das Meer als Abkühlung gegeben... sonst aber durchwegs sehr positiv.

Wonderful Stay

We were having 2 wonderful weeks in this appartment. Very near to the beautiful beach with many bars and restaurants, many grocerie stores within walking distance. The appartment itself was very modern and included all the things you need for daily life (talking about kitchen gadgets and cleaning stuff e.g.) Communication with Philippe has always been very friendly and uncomplicated. All in all a wonderful stay at Villeneuve-Loubet that i would always recommend.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf's Meer. Wir konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang sehen, wunderschön!!

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, alles super gesichert und Philippe hat uns einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage angeboten. Die Lage ist gut um Nizza, Monaco,Antibes,Cannes und das Gebirge zu erkunden. Wir hatten schöne Tage. Dankeschön an Philippe und seine Frau für den freundlichen Empfang .

Très bon séjour

Cet appartement est moderne avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur le port de la Marina. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec notre enfant de 18 mois. Il y a plein de choses à découvrir. Nous reviendrons.
