The villa you have chosen is a luxury villa which sleeps up to 8.
There are four bedrooms: -
Two double bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms.
One twin bedroom.
One bedroom with a bunk bed.
This modern villa is furnished and decorated in the local style.

There is high speed fibre wi-fi throughout the villa.

It has its own swimming pool (10m x 5m), set in a private garden where lavender and Laurier plants grow.

Our French holiday villa is the perfect choice for family accommodation in the Provence Cote d'Azur region.
The property is completely up-to-date with all modern facilities including, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc.

The villa is part of a Domaine and guests have access to an aqua therapy pool, spa, massage and bar. Payment for these vary depending on what the guest chooses.

On a hillside setting, between sea and mountain, amidst picturesque Provencal countryside, Fayence is a sought after destination. Its Mediterranean climate, the charm of its narrow streets, its welcoming restaurants seduce all visitors.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. Fantastic pool for the kids, and aircon for those less accustomed to hot nights. Great villages and restaurants a short drive away.

Le descriptif de la maison laissait imaginer un hameau calme et indépendant. En réalité, elle se situe au sein d’un centre de vacances Lagrange, entourée d’autres habitations occupées par des vacanciers. Cette proximité réduit l’intimité et entraîne du bruit, notamment autour de la piscine où l’on a la sensation de partager l’espace avec les voisins.Le propriétaire indique que la maison fait partie du Domaine de Fayence, mais il serait important de préciser qu’il s’agit d’un centre de vacances et non d’un simple domaine résidentiel. De même, les activités sportives mentionnées sont en réalité réservées aux résidents du club et non aux locataires des maisons individuelles.Nous avons aussi rencontré quelques désagréments pratiques : le pisciniste est entré dans le jardin un matin sans prévenir, local poubelles accessible avec un pass non fourni à l'arrivée. L’équipement général est limité pour une location de ce niveau : pas d’étendoir à linge, ustensiles de cuisine (couteaux) et bbq rudimentaires, salles de bain peu adaptées à un usage confortable (flexibles sans support ni rideau, entraînant inondations).Enfin, l’environnement immédiat n’est pas agréable: proximité de l’aérodrome avec passages d’avions fréquents et abords artisanaux ou industriels. Cela contraste avec la beauté de la région, qui reste superbe avec ses villages et le lac de Saint-Cassien.Dans l’ensemble, la prestation se situe en dessous des expériences vécues dans d’autres locations de prix comparables.

Lovely property very relaxing area with nice helpful people

This is a great property to rent well equipped with everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable good location with lovely town all around big lakes down the road and the beaches only took us 30/40mins to get to on the a8 or the back roads if don't want to pay for tolls will be recommending to all and definitely will be coming back

Fabulous villa in super location.

We spent one week with another family in this spacious well- equipped clean villa. It is well situated to explore a vast area of Provence. From here we visited St Tropez, Grasse, the spectacular gorge at verdun, Frejus and the local villages of Tourettes and Fayence. There is a very good supermarket a few minutes drive away in Fayence. There are parking spaces outside each villa. We spent a lovely evening in the bar in the complex centre. Brian, the owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone holidaying in the south of France.

Great location for relaxing and venturing out

We stayed as two families in this very spacious 4 bedroom villa. It was air conditioned well and had a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. I was a little apprehensive about noise staying on a complex but in actual fact, the villa felt very private with noise from other villas at a minimum. This was not our first time to the South of France and we were not disappointed with local amenities or its proximity to Frejus (aqualand), Cannes, St Tropez, Nice and even Monaco was only just over an hour away. The location is close to a local vineyard (great for us) and we took some road bikes too. Flats and mountains at your own levels. The locals were very friendly and the villa itself was in excellent condition with a BBQ also available. The pool was a good size and cleaned twice during our stay. It is around 1.20m deep throughout. There was the ability to eat inside our outside for eight and a good sized living area also with French/German/BBC World TV. Our emails have been answered very well and the owner provides excellent detail for travelling directly to the villa. We would definitely recommend the villa! On a minor point, we would have appreciated the villa being cleaned after our first week but the owner had made it clear and left a number for a cleaner if we wanted to pay for that in addition. However, there were cleaning facilites and on a final note a washing machine/tumble dryer too.
