Casa Pastino is a restored, rustic Tuscan farmhouse constructed of local stone and chestnut beams. The setting is private, rural but only a few minutes drive from local restaurants serving lovely food at great prices. Lucca is 30 mins, the beach resorts of Viareggio and Forti dei Marmi are 40 mins by car. Florence is about 1 hours drive or by train and Cinque Terre is under 1 hour 30 mins, or shorter by boat from Forte Di Marmi. The property has a private low chlorine salt swimming pool filled by springwater. Pet friendly plus local excellent vet.

Lovely house in a beautiful location!

We had an amazing stay at this house! Everything was great and especially the pool was lovely. The perfect place to explore the coast, as well as the Lucca, Pisa and Florence area. Furthermore, the owner is extremely helpful and friendly :)

Des vacances au calme dans un très joli cadre...superbe piscine ou nous avons bcp profité pour nous rafraichir...au grand bonheur des enfants. Nous avons baptisé la maison comme celle de Blanche Neige et les 7 nains car elle est située au milieu de la nature, vieille (typique) et plein d'animaux partout... biches, ecureuils, oiseaux... et insectes...lol... des vacances plein de souvenirs avec de belles visites : Lucca, Pise, Florence et balade en bateau aux 5 terres!

Fiasco!

Enorm teleurgesteld! Foto's zijn totaal niet correct meer op de website, zijn inmiddels al 13 jaar oud.De omgeving is verwilderd en niet onderhouden, weggetje naar huis is gevaarlijk en onverantwoord om met de auto te betreden. Huis is dringend aan renovatie toe. Alle badkamers zijn oud en hebben grote mankementen. Keukenkasten staan op instorten. Enkele tegels binnenshuis zijn gebroken en onze kleinste zoon heeft zich daaraan bezeerd bij aankomst. Buitenterras voldoet niet, afdak staat op instorten. Luiken, ramen en muggenramen moeten vernieuwd worden. Muizen en ratten zie je gedurende de dag voorbij lopen. Zwembad zelf is ok maar we hadden de indruk dat de filters niet meer goed werkten en onvoldoende onderhouden. Tegels rond het zwembad zijn oneffen en omheining is rot en gedeeltelijk afgebroken. Kapotte tuinmeubelen werden ervoor gezet?! Gevaarlijke situatie aangezien we op een helling waren en de kinderen gemakkelijk naar beneden konden vallen. Veel buitenmeubelen waren kapot en onbruikbaar waardoor we onvoldoende buitenmeubilair hadden voor onze groep van 10 personen. De buitenbarbecue was vuil en stond op instorten. We hadden een kleine barbecue voor 2 personen??? Alles staat op foto en werd binnen 24 uren aangeklaagd. We wild

Vacances au calme

Grande maison au calme avec une très belle vue et une grande piscine. La location est très isolée mais se trouve proche des grands sites touristiques Pise, Florence, Lucca et les Cinque Terre ( entre 30 minutes et 1 heure de voiture) Les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place mais ils sont disponibles pour nous aider pour toute question et Lorraine répond rapidement merci ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Smuk beliggenhed og super flinke ejere

Dejligt landligt hus med lækker pool og fantastisk udsigt. Vi parkerede bilen oppe og gik ned til huset, hvilket vi vil anbefale man gør, da vejen ned og op igen, er meget stejl. Hvis det havde stået i annoncen havde vi nok valgt anderledes.

We love the Italian countryside, food, culture and appreciate switch off time. Its a break from the city rat race and although rural and private there are neighbours in the distance and a small village within walking distance. Day trips for sightseeing to Lucca, Florence, Pisa, beaches, Cinque Terre are readily available. There is mobile or cellphone coverage but you need to find it, hint upstairs or outside the house.
