Wonderful villa, beautiful views and very quiet and private. All our needs were catered for, beds very comfortable and plenty of spare blankets and throws for chillier nights. Great location for getting to virtually all parts of the island, The hosts, Richard and Jacqui were exceptionally helpful and attentive. All their recommendations were brilliant and unmissable. We would love to go back.

A beautiful private villa

We stayed in the villa for three weeks and loved it. It has everything and more that you could need for a perfect holiday and is very private and peaceful. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and answer any questions you may have about the villa and Lanzarote.

Great villa in beautiful location

Home from home but with great location, views and wonderfully warm/heated pool. We loved it here, 10-15 minute drive to nearest resort so often went out for tea but retreated to the veranda at the property for gorgeous sunsets with a view that topped any other lication

A lovely property

Richard and Jacqui were great hosts. The holiday began before we landed with them advising us on places to visit, etc.They also helped us with car hire. When we were there they checked on how we were settling in, checking that everything was ok. Giving recommendatios for restaurants, etc.We had the perfect break and will certainly return.

Relaxing bliss

Beautiful property in a beautiful village. Everything was perfect. Villa was clean and well equipped. Garden is a lovely, green environment to enjoy the pool with lots of space to catch the sun and shade at different times of day. Wonderful views. Hosts were lovely and kept in touch before and after arrival and providee lots of helpful information. Highly recommend.

Two weeks rest & relaxation.

A totally restful holiday in the sun in this lovely villa. Excellent help and communication from Richard & Jacqui who organised a car hire for us. The villa gad s as all facilities required and the pool area made for lovely days around the pool and evenings watching the sun set. The area is quiet which was perfect but it is necessary to hire a car to make the most of your holiday. Thanks for a lovely time and s as oulfnt hesitate to book again.

Peaceful villa with great facilities

We were delighted with our week’s stay at Villa Shibui. Communication with the owners/hosts was first class. The outside area was very secluded and peaceful with great views, a heated pool, well kept gardens and even a golf putting area! Location in Nazaret was ideal with a small shop nearby for essentials and we could get around the north of the island with the use of a hire car. We would have no hesitation in staying at Villa Shibui during any future visit to Lanzarote. Many thanks! John & Elaine

Excellent villa.

Great views, really good pool and outside area with plenty of seating and 3 outdoor tables! Clean, secure and peaceful. Lovely villa. Well equipped kitchen. Need a car, but most places of interest are within a 30 to 40 minute drive. The local restaurant seemed to shut a lot but the next village is just a five minute drive, with restaurants and the market on Sundays. Hosts were great, made sure we had everything we needed, especially as we got to the villa quite late - the welcome pack was very welcoming!

Just Amazing!!!

We just got back from 10 days in Richard and Jacqui’s beautiful villa. Location amazing, villa amazing, pool and outside space out of this world, perfect for anyone but even better with a 3 year old, so much space to run around. Without doubt the best equipped and cleanest villa we’ve ever stayed at in the last 20 years.Richard and Jacqui as well as Kate the Villa manager couldn’t do enough for us. We’d go back in a second and I can only recommend it anyone. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home away from home, the stresses of life melted away.

Beautiful property

Richard and Jacqui are the loveliest people I've had the pleasure of speaking too. It was our first time abroad as a family so was quite apprehensive about the whole thing. Richard and Jacqui gave us so much information to help, from what to expect at the airport to all the shops, bars and places to visit. They didnt mind all the questions I asked them and replied quickly. The villa was just beautiful. It has everything you need and more. The pool was enjoyed every day and was a big hit with our teenage boy. The welcome pack on arrival had everything you needed for a day or two. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet with views of the mountains and sea. When we come back to Lanzarote we will be staying here again. Perfect for us.

Villa Shibui

Before arrival the contact with the Villas owners Richard & Jacqui is second to none with an array of info, advice, hints and tips on making your holiday experience that little bit better before you even get there. On arrival the Villa was exactly as stated and the welcome pack which was catered for our individual needs was present and was a very nice thing to have to hand. The villa is very well located and yes a car is needed if you want to go out exploring. Pretty much any where you need to go is a short drive away and the local shop is well stocked with the main essential items. However with a ten minute drive the larger supermarkets are available for those seeking and good old stock up on the food, drinks and everything else. Which leads me to the villa its self. Home from home is an understatment. It has everything and more you could ever need. The BBQ was amazing and worked perfectly. We were spoilt for choice where to sit or lay in the villa grounds. The pool and gardens were outstanding giving us plenty of privacy. Unfortunately we had some pretty bad and unlucky weather during our stay which caused a minor issue within the villa but with a text message to Kate the Villa manager who was amazing i have to say, it was resolved quickly. Question remains, would we stay again. Absolutely yes. We could not fault the Villa at all and the communication between us and Richard & Jaqui was outstanding. On a personal note to you both... Thank you for everything you did for us.

Un grand merci pour le panier à l'arrivée ! Le jardin est agréable et la maison est propre. Par contre, la maison est quand même plutôt vieille , et ça ne se voit pas vraiment sur les photos. La climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas bien. Merci pour la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Angenehmer Urlaub

Kontakt, Check-In usw. verlief alles sehr nett und problemlos. Genaue Beschreibung zur Anfahrt und zum Haus sowie Tips gab es sehr ausführlich vorab per email und vor Ort in Form eines Ordners. Ein kleines Lebensmittel-Paket zu Beginn hat den Start in den Urlaub vereinfacht. Ausreichend Platz im Haus und auch draussen. Beheizter Pool ! 👍🏼 Schöne Zimmer. Kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüsse.

Cozy Stay in Nazaret

Everything was very nice and Richard was very welcoming and making a lot of things easier for the trip. Kitchen is very well equipped and the home is very clean and cozy. There was a folder on the table giving answer to almost every question that could appear in context with the stay. Very lovely and we strongly recommend!

Une villa de rêve !

Situé dans le petit village de Nazaret, loin de la foule touristique, cette villa avec vue magnifique donnant sur la vallée jusqu'à la mer, est un vrai cocon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était fonctionnel. Une belle piscine chauffée et nettoyée 2 fois par semaine, un Bbq au gaz très pratique. Le jardin est spacieux et très privé. Cette villa est très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires , Richard et Jacqui se sont coupé en quatre pour nous rendre service, et faire de notre séjour, un rêve éveillé ! A coup sûr, nous y retournerons !

Vacances formidables dans un lieu formidable.

Remerciements très chaleureux aux propriétaires de cette belle villa qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule sans accroc, mais aussi pour leurs petites attentions concernant la raison de notre séjour (nos 50 ans à tous les deux). J'ai l'habitude de louer mes vacances sur ce site et c'est la première fois que je tombe sur des personnes aussi attentionnées. La villa est propre, fonctionnelle, bien organisée, au calme, et la piscine chauffée très appréciable. Le petit panier repas du premier jour est aussi un gros plus, car l'on n'a pas forcément le temps de faire les courses à la sortie de l'aéroport. Un grand grand merci donc et à une prochaine fois je l'espère.

Exactly what we hoped for

We hoped for a place where we could relax, unwind, and forget about work etc for a week. This was perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived - all we had to do was unpack and get in the pool. Directions were easy to follow. Welcome pack was just right. The pool was so inviting - as it was heated, on one morning I was in at sunrise for my first of many swims of the day. The garden is almost entirely private - only a few very small pockets where anyone else can see you. The village was peaceful, a ten-minute stroll to the mini-market, and a ten-minute drive to the supermarket in Arrecife. About the same to the nearest beach. Wi-fi was excellent, and having Sky TV was a good bonus. The owners communicated regularly beforehand and made sure, after we arrived, that all was well. And the local agent, Kate, was very helpful when we had any questions. Kitchen was well-equipped, and the showers were of a good size. We ate most lunchtimes at the dining area by the pool - barbecue is provided as well. We felt very comfortable and safe in the villa - we would happily return again, as this was an ideal spot for rest, sunshine, and to feel relaxed from the moment that we entered the property. What a lovely place!

We wanted a relaxing pre-Christmas break. I don't think we could have chosen a better villa. We arrived late at night or early in the morning thanks to Ryanair! The welcome pack was perfect for two tired, hungry and thirsty travellers. The villa had been decorated for Christmas. Inside- very comfortable and definitely perfect for two, probably excellent for four. Later that morning after some sleep - fabulous views over the island, to Arrecife, San Bartolome, Mozaga and La Geria. All this within a garden that is not overlooked. The owners, Richard and Jacqui, are a pleasure to deal with as are Kate and Mark who look after things locally. We are going back there in March!

Peaceful Holiday

We stayed in this villa for a week and was not disappointed. It is in a quiet area, well equipped and the owners have a very informative guest book which we used on several occasions. The welcome pack was lovely, thank you, ideal until you get to the shops. The choice of books, dvd’s and games was good and the tv and WiFi were excellent compared to other villas we have used. The pool area is not overlooked and has plenty of space with all day sun. Although umbrellas are provided for shade one was broken which we never reported or I’m sure would have been replaced as the owners are very helpful. We would recommend this villa and would use it again. Thank you Richard and Jacqui.
