We had a fantastic stay at the Threshing Barn which included our dog. The setting was peaceful, host communications were excellent and every little detail made the stay feel special.Spotlessly clean, cosy and perfectly located for exploring the area. We’d happily return.

Excellent location just minutes from town by car. Local pub with great food available across the field (along a public footpath). Accommodation is spotless. Hosts were delightful; ready and willing to assist at a moment's notice. Highly recommend if you are planning a few days in or around Harrowgate.

Hello both, thank you so much for leaving a lovely review. Glad you enjoyed us and the sun shone for your break. Return any time. All the best.
We were very well looked after in this lovely peaceful barn and yet we were only a very short distance from Harrogate centre. It suited our requirements perfectly.

Hello both, so glad you enjoyed us and felt comfortable. Take great care.
Excellent communication from hosts. Direction very good. Beautiful barn conversion, tastefully decorated, lovely touches & lighting. Very clean & well equiped. Outdoor areas great & I enjoyed breakfast & drinks in the garden. Rural location, but not much more than 10 minute drive to Harrogate. Co-op and other small shops less than 10 minute drive. Pet-friendy accomodation, short walk across a field to the pub, where the food was good & the beer garden was great. All in all I thought it was perfect.

Always a pleasure both. Take great care on your travels and enjoy. Love to Holly. Hope to see you at some time, you know where!
We had been looking forward to this little break in Yorkshire especially as TheThreshing Barn looks so gorgeous. Unfortunately we had to cancel with about a week to go as our dog became very unwell and needed urgent treatment. Andrew and Kate were very sympathetic. We hope to be able to stay at The Threshing Barn next year. Fingers crossed!
An amazing stay in a beautiful location. Cosy and comfortable, friendly and warm host, this was our perfect getaway. A couple of miles outside Harrogate but in a quiet rural location with sheep in fields and a lovely characteristic farm setting. The best of Yorkshire, looking forward to staying here again in the winter. Very highly recommended.

Hello Both, Thank you for taking the time to review the Threshing Barn and for liking us so much. It was a pleasure to host you and you are welcome any time. It is always a pleasure to have repeat guests. Until then. Kindest Regards, Kate.
Mrs Scott was very welcoming with the barn well heated on arrival. It’s a spacious barn set amid a quiet rural and yet accessible location to Harrogate. It was clean throughout with good linen and towels. The separate kitchen was equipped and overall I loved the retro decor. Plenty of parking under cover of a barn. Mrs Scott went out of her way to return an item I had left behind which I appreciated and she was on hand nearby but not intrusive. Only wish I had more time to explore the Dales.

I had an amazing time, the property is kept in immaculate condition the the host are extremely welcoming . The plus side is they are also a dog friendly stay & so you are able to take your furry friend. / companion with you. If you are someone who like to explore then this is somewhere for you, you are surrounded by beautiful fields and livestock. You have the option to walk into Harrogate if you want to. It was a great stay and would go back again tomorrow

Hello again. We would like to thank you for choosing to stay at The Threshing Barn and we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay here. You were a great guest to host and Otis is gorgeous. Such a well behaved young man! Please do return and enjoy once again. Until then. Regards. Kate and Andrew.
We had a very enjoyable week staying at the Threshing Barn, Kate and Andrew were wonderful hosts. Harrogate is a short drive, or brisk walk away. The local pub the Smiths Arms is well worth a visit, and great value for money. We used the property as a place to explore North Yorkshire on bicycles, but would be equally suitable for walkers or general sightseeing. I'm sure we will visit again...

Very nice accomodation in a nice quiet location
A lovely holiday let in a very quiet rural location, yet very handy for Harrogate & Knaresborough. Very clean and beautifully furnished with the benefit of being able to take "mans best friend" with us and walk him over adjacent fields. Will certainly be back next time we're in the area.

Delighted with our barn!
A word of thanks to Andy and Kate for having us at their delightful barn conversion. The barn was just perfect for the two of us and excellent value for money. It was cosy and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside - the added bonus was being so close to Harrogate and all that it provides. Would definitely return and recommend.
