Privately Owned Premier Detached Property with Wi-Fi & Smart TV

Sleeps 8. Well equipped 4 bedroom modern house on a lovely 50 acre site. Bright, sunny position, with larger than average garden area, and surrounded by fields on two sides. Full central heating and double glazing - ideal for off season breaks. Powerful showers in all three bathrooms. Rental price does NOT include automatic membership of the Leisure Club, and entertainment, but does include use of the Cafe, and The Manor Arms. You can also use the Children's outdoor playground and Teen Den. The public pool in Newquay is called Leisure World.

Why they chose this property

Perfectly sited to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is about a mile off the main A30 dual carriageway, and all parts of the County are within an easy drive. Close at hand are some of the "jewels" of Cornwall, being Newquay, Padstow and the Eden Project.

What makes this property unique

It is on the edge of a holiday complex, but surrounded by fields on two sides. With four double bedrooms, three beautiful bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen and immaculate open plan living area, Little Eden is perfect accommodation for a great family holiday. Set in the grounds of the prestigious Atlantic Reach Resort. Little Eden is situated about ten to fifteen minutes drive from the stunning beaches of Newquay.
