The SLO Brew Lofts are a collection of 5 Luxury Short Term Vacation Rentals.
Located on historical Higuera Street and perched above the ultra chic Carissa Event Space.

The Drifter has its own private patio that overlooks the picturesque San Luis Creek and historic Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa. Features 3 private bedrooms, 2 deluxe bathrooms with spa amenities, a well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, island bar and dining area, living room with fireplace and a sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs, washer & dryer, and free WiFi.

The Loft’s are in the center of SLO’s entertainment district, and walking-distance to the finest restaurants, shops and cocktail lounges that our town has to offer. The SLO Brew Lofts are consider one of the most sought after accommodations in San Luis Obispo.

SLO Brew Lofts are a Self Check IN Vacation Rental facility without a 24HR Front Desk. Staff is rarely onsite and best communication practice is through text message.

This place is beautiful- very clean and well maintained. It is right downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants. We read something about noise, but didn’t really pay much attention. Bottom line, be prepared for a lot of noise from the bar patio below. If you are good with that, this is a great location. The other consideration is that you get one parking pass for a garage close by. If you have more than one vehicle be prepared to pay.

The lofts were amazing! Very clean, great decor, plenty of space, easily accessible, and couldn't be in a more perfect location downtown. Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Beautiful place to stay in Downtown SLO!

I love the location. Next to restaurants and a bar right next door. View of the little river from the back deck. You could even go right out the back way and down the stairs.Beautifully decorated and very clean. They even had some beer in the fridge for us! We stayed two week nights and the noise from the outdoor bar directly next did pick up around 9 PM but since all the bedrooms are facing away from that area it wasn't an issue. My son slept in the family room so he reported the noise to me. Highly recommend!

Walk to whatever you need.

This property is perfectly located for a downtown stay. You can literally walk to anything you need or want. The bar below can be a bit loud, but they are very upfront about that so you can prepare. The deck was a nice spot for coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening. We were there on Farmers Market night and everything was at our doorstep.

Plenty of room-Three couples and one infant. We were celebrating our son's 40th birthday, so we came to SLO to go wine tasting. We did not mind the noise from the night life. If you expect a quiet evening, this is not the place for you. We had a great time. Thanks for a great property.

Incredible location and fun vibe

My twentysomething "children", husband, and I loved our stay here. The unit was super spacious and was beautifully decorated. It reminded me of the "old" SLO Brew. Yes, since it is smack in the heart of SLO, you can hear people on Higuera Street pretty well. But, I used my phone's white noise app, and slept soundly. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for the amazing family time!

Simply Spectacular Stay in SLO!

Do yourself a favor and ignore every other listing you're looking at! This is THE PLACE to stay in SLO! Our 3-bedroom loft was ultra cool and spacious for our family of five. Our kids loved it! The bedrooms are all a good size, as are the bathrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked if you choose to do some cooking in the loft, though your proximity to amazing restaurants will likely lure you out on the town. We ate breakfast in the loft (with a morning walk to Scout Coffee) but had lunch at the beach and dinner downtown SLO. Check-in and Check-out were seamless. The loft was spotless, as were the common areas. Parking is about a block & a half away. It's less than a 5-minute walk. We didn't hear our neighbors at all- the building is quite soundproof. Could hear the bar next door in the evenings, but only from the living room, not the bedrooms and it wasn't super late. We will definitely be back to the SLO Brew Lofts! (now hoping all three kids go to Cal Poly so we have an excuse to come often!)

Loved our stay at the Lofts

We loved this place! Such a cool vibe and all the amenities were top notch. Great decor, totally comfy beds, pillows comforters. Kitchen has everything you need. They really did a great job creating an awesome place to hang out in down town SLO! Casey the property manager was so friendly and accommodating. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

absolutely loved the interior design, super comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, lovely kitchen, cute patio. overall an amazing experience and a lovely atmosphere for a trip to SLO. prime location: walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

The best place to stay in San Luis Obispo

We spent Thanksgiving at the SLO Brew Lofts and it was amazing. Lots of room and a great well stocked kitchen. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and listened to great records that were available to play on the record player in our room. Located in the middle of town so you can walk everywhere, and only had to walk downstairs to listen to some great live music, play pool and have a drink. Would highly recommend staying at the loft on your next visit to San Luis Obispo!
