The house sits in the middle of a 140 acre ranch and vineyard.

This country getaway provides a true ranch experience. Trails meander through vineyards and ponds lending themselves to leisurely walks, trail runs and make for gorgeous photo ops. This single story 1,200 square foot home is newly renovated and is fully furnished and decorated with the utmost attention to detail and designer features, with wood floors and tile throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a center island with bar stools and an adjoining dining area.

The great room is cozy and inviting and features a wall of windows with expansive pastoral and valley views, French doors and high ceilings. There is an HDTV with Direct TV in the great room. The well-appointed master suite offers a queen size bed and private bath with dual sinks. Two additional bedrooms both feature queen beds and TV's. A second bathroom is conveniently located off of the great room.

The lovely back patio and front covered porch provide outdoor space to relax, unwind and enjoy the views. Wireless internet is available and there are good cellular connections.

Activities In The Area
The Carriage House is minutes away from the San Luis Obispo Airport, fabulous restaurants, the Pacific Ocean, mineral hot springs, and biking and hiking trails. There are also endless opportunities for golfing no matter your skill level. The ranch is located in the heart of San Luis Obispo wine country and is literally steps away from wineries here in the Edna Valley, in addition to being within 30 miles of over 200 total wineries in the county.

Downtown San Luis Obispo is 6 miles away and features boutiques, restaurants, movie theaters, and the beautiful mission. Every Thursday evening you can stroll through Farmers Market filled with great food, live music and entertainment for the whole family. Downtown SLO also has many bars with live music Thursday - Saturday.

If you’d like to spend your day on the water, head to nearby Avila Beach, Pismo Beach or Morro Bay. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities including kayaking, windsurfing, boogie boarding and surfing. There’s also whale watching and deep sea fishing available. Oceano Dunes is the only place in the state where you can drive vehicles on the beach. You can also explore beautiful Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos. Lopez Lake is just minutes away where you can spend time boating, skiing and fishing. San Luis Obispo enjoys a mild climate all year with an average of 315 days of sunshine and average temperatures in the high 70s and low 80s in summer and high 60s in winter.

Head north on the Pacific Coast Highway and you’ll see the quaint towns of Cayucos and Cambria, then elephant seals and Hearst Castle in San Simeon. A short day trip takes you further north to the redwoods of Big Sur, Carmel and Monterey Bay. South on 101 will take you to old town Arroyo Grande, the Danish Village of Solvang, and then on to Santa Barbara.
