Casa Rosa is a beautifully modernised Portuguese farmhouse retaining its moroccan charm and beauty. Fully air conditioned bedrooms (x4), 5 mins from large supermarket. The property and adjoining cottage have been totally renovated to ensure excellent accommodation. If you like peace and tranquillity along with total privacy this is the ideal location for you.
Casa Rosa is a house and cottage combined allowing many families, in laws,friends to live in perfect harmony.Parking for 3 cars. Babies catered for with high chair & travel cot.

Fantastic relaxing family break

A fantastic property with great amenities. The whole family enjoyed Casa Rosa and the host Joana was wonderful and had so much information for us about everything in the surrounding area. The house was clean and well equipped and the kids loved the pool and games provided.

Amazing stay

We had a great time at Casa Rosa. The house was wonderful! The kids all had a great time at the pool and we enjoyed many home cooked meals on the beautiful terrace overlooking the Algarve landscape. From this location we weren’t far from all the wonderful beaches Algarve has to offer. Overall it was an amazing vacation.

Wonderful farm house!

It was a pleasure to stay in this very well appointed farm house with lots of little areas to sit and enjoy. The pool was so much fun and enjoyable. Joana the property manager was available whenever we needed her, very informative and friendly! All in all Casa Rosa was a delightful surprise!

Fabulous villa, plenty of room for 7 adults. We were met by Joana who showed us around and gave us plenty of 'insider, local knowledge!!'The facilities in each room are very well thought out, and spotless. With the kitchen being exceptionally equipped for meal prep and service.The pool is a great size; we also appreciated the beach umbrellas for our trips to the beach. Towels for the pool were also available.Would absolutely recommend hiring a car to get around the area. An amazing time was had by us all!

Loved this house, so much character and lots of space. Well equipped kitchen and beds very comfortable- air conditioning really helped on the hotter days.Joana was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions and full of info on things to do.We were happy spending whole days at home, with the pool, outdoor and indoor games and balconies to sit out on.Very close to Loulé with lots of shops and restaurants and easy to drive to the coast. Already recommended to other family members, and would not hesitate to come back!

Great holiday stay.

Casa Rosa is a beautifully presented, quirky house. Lots of space both indoors and out, with a good sized pool, table tennis & darts to entertain. Joana the house manager is very informative and helpful. It's a good base for exploring the area though we found it difficult to drag ourselves away. The pool area and balconies feel very private although there are quite a few cars passing by and the dogs in the valley seemed to have choir practice every night!

Perfect house to relax and combine pool chill out with some trips to the beach

The house is very charming and well decorsted with nice rooms and pleasant common areas. The beds were comfortable. The pool is definitely a key asset, large enough and very tempting to just laze around. The terrace is perfect for meals, protected from the heat and the sun - it should be assumed by the owner it will be used as such abs hence equip it table/chairs for all the occupancy capacity. D. Joana, in charge of check in/out is the most friendly and professional person, very reliable for any support or advise one may need.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Casa Rosa ! Accueil exceptionnel avec Joana, très grande maison parfaite pour 2 familles, bien équipée, lits confortables, air climatisé dans les chambres, magnifique piscine. La maison est très bien entretenue! Tout est pensé pour notre confort: jeux de piscine, parasols de plage, sacs pour l’épicerie, etc. Nous recommandons fortement !!

Vacanza rilassante

Noi eravamo in due famiglie con ragazzi di età 7, 11 e 13 che hanno adorato la piscina. La casa è ben distribuitola ed organizzata con tutto il necessario per soggiornare comodamente in due famiglie. Joana è stata accogliente e ci ha dato dei preziosi suggerimenti su alcuni locali da visitare. La piscina era curata e controllata ogni due giorni dal personale. Il fatto di avere due cucine per noi è stato ancora più fantastico dovendo gestire un ospite con la celiachia.

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy agradable tanto por el trato de Joana como por la casa que es impresionante. Muy bien decorada no le faltaba detalle. Incluso nos dejaron un cesto de naranjas recogidas de la finca de Joana. Está como a unos veinte minutos de la playa. La casa tiene unas espectaculares vistas al valle de goldra. El único pero que le pondría es que está al lado de la carretera y se oyen muchos los coches al pasar aunque no tiene demasiada afluencia la carretera. Hay que aclarar que en la parte de arriba de la casa hay una habitación y una entreplanta con dos camas, por lo que no se puede contar como habitación más, puesto que está abierta

Relax in Loule

Casa perfetta in Loule per rilassarsi. Ambiente molto accogliente, grande, ben fornito di tutti gli utensili necessari (per la cucina, giochi, materiale per il mare etc.). La piscina è il fiore all’occhiello, bella ben tenuta, l’abbiamo sfruttata molto specialmente con i bambini. Grazie a Joana per l’attenzione, la precisione e puntualità.

Great stay

Nice property just fine for our needs. very good location close to good access roads. AC and pool were very useful. The best feature was the caretaker Joanna. She was fantastic, meeting us on the road there and helping us settle in and driving us to a great restaurant "11" which she called at 11:00PM to stay open to serve us dinner.. Overall we really enjoyed our stay

A casa está muito bem situada e tem muito espaço para um grupo de 8. Estava muito bem equipada, sendo apenas de notar que o equipamento de cozinha não se adequava ao número de pessoas (os tachos serviam para preparar uma refeição para 4, obrigando a grande ginástica para conseguir preparar para 8). A piscina é muito agradável mas necessita manutenção (foi-nos dito que já está prevista para outubro).

4 Adults and 4 Kids had a fantastic time.

The pictures can't transport the beauty of the house and the view. We had a fabulous week. The House was a big part of that as it has everything you could want. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for 8 people. The Pool was a dream come true especially for the Kids. A big Thank you to Joana, who was always available if we had a question or needed a recommendation. I will recommend the house to friends and family who want to visit the Algarve. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

I spend much time at Casa Rosa and enjoy the peace & tranquility the place offers which you can experience too through booking the villa.

Why they chose this property

Historically Casa Rosa was a Walnut Mill in the 30's and 40's. The original grinding stone is a main feature of the house today. The traditional donkey tie up can be seen outside the main front door. The local area is typically Portuguese. We have lovely countryside all around, but are within a short distance of a large supermarket. (Continente)
Casa Rosa has stunning views accross the Goldra Valley. Peace and tranquility abounds.
The nearby town of Loule is famous for its indoor and outdoor markets, Castle and frequent festivals. Loule is a lovely town, its always clean and tidy and is crime free. Its bustling with lively coffee shops, a beautiful avenida, restaurants and all general ammenities.
