A bike ride from Asbury Park or Sea Girt and every stop in between. The house is equipped with an outdoor shower & deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A professionally landscaped side yard with sprinklers has table/chairs/umbrella PERFECT FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING , Weber gas grill to BBQ and central AC when the cool Ocean breeze is simply not enough on hot summer nights. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, two brand new Smart TV's, WIFI, 4 beach chairs, umbrella. The shed is available to store your bikes. Perfect home at beach

The cottage is perfect for 2-4 people. Karen thought out what guests would need and provided plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. Very easy to clean and great washer and dryer. Would come back again!

Rare opportunity to rent in desirable Avon by the Sea where you can walk to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk etc. Close to Monmouth Park, Asbury Park and many great famous Jersey Shore stops! An hour ride to Atlantic City for a night at the casinos.

Plenty of outdoor space to social distance, grill. Off Street parking, outdoor shower, shed to lock your bikes, short walk up the lane to the beach....Central Air to cool the house at night and washer dryer to keep packing to a minimum!
