A charming coastal cottage located just a 3 minute drive (just over 1 mile) or 6 minute bike ride from Manasquan Beach. Centrally located between the area’s best restaurants, marinas, beaches and boutique shops - you can find everything you need for a restful getaway just a few minutes away.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from a rocking chair on the outdoor deck or wind down the day with a glass of wine on the enclosed porch where you have a beautiful view of the sunset. There is an updated kitchen with all cooking utensils needed to make a gourmet meal and a 6 person Pottery Barn dining table.

This home also has heat, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and all of the modern amenities you could ask for. You will have a private, tree-lined backyard to enjoy summer activities.


The house has 3 bedrooms, There is one smaller bedroom downstairs with queen size poster bed and table. There is not a closet in this room.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with slanted ceilings. The smaller room has full size bed with a tall dresser and a crib-perfect for families traveling with little ones! . There is not a closet in this room. The other larger room upstairs has a closet, wide dresser and night table.

While the home has central air conditioning, both bedrooms upstairs will have portable air conditioning units available if needed.

There is another closet located outside of the bedrooms in the dormer area.

PLEASE NOTE: There is not a bathroom upstairs. A full bathroom and half bathroom are located downstairs.

This is an older craftsman ranch home that has been renovated.


The minimum age for renters is 25 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. This will be strictly enforced throughout your stay. If more than the number of registered guests are on premises, your reservation may be canceled without refund.

There is a strict no pet policy. If this policy is violated, there will be a $400 fee and you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises.
