Mercat Cottage is an all ground floor cottage, part of Cockenzie House and Gardens. The cottage sleeps six people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin room with a sofa bed in the living area. There is also a separate shower room and a basin and WC. Completing the accommodation is an open plan living area with a kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside guests have use of the shared formal gardens and there is a private patio area. Off road parking for two cars is also available. Mercat Cottage is a fantastic choice with many activities in the nearby area.

Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi (signal is intermittent at the property), selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
