This ground floor apartment is located in an attractive Provence-style development (Rocamar) on the coast in Miramar, half-way between San Raphael and Cannes. This is a very picturesque part of the coast, with red rocks and lovely views. It has its own marina and sandy beach within 7 minutes' walk. The nearest town (3 miles away) is Theoule-Sur-Mer. Rocamar is set in lovely mature landscaping. It is very secure, with electronic gates and a private car park; there is a residents’ pool, children’s play area, badminton/table tennis and boules area. This is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. The nearby beach (7 minutes' walk) is safe for swimming and offers a great selection of water sports. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. By car, the shopping and nightlife of Cannes is just 20 minutes away. There are plenty of sporting activities and many places to visit in the area.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit vor Ort. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und war für uns 4 (Kinder 5 & 6 Jahre) perfekt. Insbesondere auch aufgrund der großen Terrasse. Der Kontakt zu Debbie sowie zu ihrem Kontakt vor Ort, verlief unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Sie hat sich vorab sehr viel Mühe gegeben und hilfreiche Infos für uns zusammengestellt. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst auch gerne wieder. 😊

Danke Debby, dass wir deine Wohnung für unseren Urlaub haben durften. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, aber es war okay. Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben einige Ausflüge unternommen. Danke für die ausführlichen Informationen vorab und die gute Kommunikation.

Vi kan kun anbefale lejligheden som har en fantastisk beliggenhed lige over poolen, med en stor terrasse, hvor man kan nyde hele dagen. Ikke langt fra lejligheden kan man komme til den skønneste strand, hvor vi tilbragte mange dage. Indcheckning og udtrækning foregik Upåklagelig, der var rigtig god kontakt til udlejer.

A lovely time away

Communication with both owner and agent was excellent. The property was lovely. The pool was used by us daily and the beach a short walk away (downhill). Information for local amenities was very accurate and useful. We had a lovely stay even though our very tall 12 year old slept on the floor as he was a bit long for the bunk bed. All of this was explained to us in advance and did not deter from a lovely break.

Perfect place for a perfect vacation

From the moment I booked this place I knew it was gonna be amazing. The communication between the host and the property manager is awesome. Any questions you have any time of the day they seemed to respond extremely quick. They are extremely friendly and extremely happy that you are renting the property. The location is amazing it is a few minutes to the beach, the view is gorgeous and the apartment itself is extremely adorable. Very well put together, very clean, and over all good space. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anybody from a family with small children to a few friends

Gemütliche ansprechende Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Ausbaustandard der Küche und des Bades ist hervorragend. Wir schätzten die grosse Terrasse sehr. Die Kajüte war für die Teenies ok, dürfte aber etwas komfortabler sein. Im Grossen und Ganzen hat es uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Vermieterin Debbie war sehr bemüht und entgegenkommend.

Location dans un endroit calme, sécurisé et très bien entretenu. La piscine est très propre. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Nous sommes restés dehors la plupart du temps car météo très agréable. La terrasse est d’ailleurs bien spacieuse. La chambre parentale est vraiment grande, la 2eme chambre convient pour des enfants car assez petite. Les renseignements fournis par le propriétaire sont bien complets. Nous nous sommes également rendus à l’office du tourisme pour avoir davantage d’informations sur les possibilités durant notre séjour. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.

Gut geeignete Ferienwohnung für Familien

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr praktisch und komplett eingerichtet. Mit Jugendlichen dürfte der Platz etwas knapp sein, aber mit unseren Kindern (10+12) ging es sehr gut. Die ganze Anlage inkl. Pool ist gut gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und das Meer zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Einzig die Strasse ist etwas laut, was mit dem französischen Fahrstil zusammenhängt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und insbesondere die Terasse sehr genossen.

Wonderful location

We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment. We are a family of four with children aged 3 and almost 5. The apartment has amazing views over the sea from a beautiful and very large terrace. We were so happy when we first saw the view on the first day. The large terrace has a dining table with six chairs and four sun loungers. There is a roll out sun shade as well for very sunny times. . The terrace is fenced off and you can see the shared pool from it. The apartment is well kitted out and has all that you need. The children loved the bunk beds. The kitchen has recently been replaced and was really good and there is also free wifi which we appreciated. The apartment is in a secure development so safe for children and has a great swimming pool. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk down the hill, so not far. It is a good location to bring your family if you love to swim /play on the beach in the morning then home for lunch and a short sleep on the terrace followed by pool or beach again in the afternoon. The red rocks of this part of France make it a beautiful location. There is plenty of car parking and a good large supermarket a few miles away. You can explore further afield eg Cannes, La Napoule, Cavalaire, St Tropez, St Raphael, Agay which we did a bit but most of the time we enjoyed the restful time, sea air and stunning views from the apartment. From start to finish Debbie was a pleasure to deal with. She was well organised and promptly answered all our questions with honesty and really cared. When we needed to contact her during the holiday she responded promptly and efficiently. We are so grateful to her. For the price it is good value and makes a great holiday. We would love to go back one day if we return to this part of France. We cannot recommend it more highly.

My parents owned the apartment from new and were amongst the first residents of the development; I have owned it for the past 10 years and had many happy family holidays here. This is a very picturesque area; many people comment that it is one of the most unspoilt areas of the Cote d'Azur. Time just slips away here! It's perfect if you just want a relaxing beach holiday or a base for exploring the area - there is plenty to see and do in the area.

What makes this property unique

The development (Rocamar) is relaxed, friendly and has a lovely atmosphere. Many people have owned properties here for quite a few years, so it has a family atmosphere.
