Beautiful stay

Beautiful an quiet location, yet difficult to reach. Old, traditional house with beautiful garden and pool area, but common areas could get a cleaning more often. Kitchen well equipped. Great stay overall but some improvements could be made. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, replace mattresses wirh softer ones. Plenty of mosquitoes due to broken fly screens in the bathroom. Curtains at front door to prevent house from heating up quickly in the morning.

Esta muy bien para desconectar. La piscina con jacuzzi. El jardin muy bien cuidado. Piscina climatizada. El colchon de la cama matrimonio necesita un cambio.La entrada de la finca impresiona por la bajada. Y deberian cortar los arboles para que los coches no rozen. Habian hormigas en el altillo.

Wir haben uns in der Casa Nanita sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert und die Ausstattung war - vom "Fehlen" eines Nussknackers für die geschenkten Walnüsse abgesehen - absolut vollständig. Lediglich bei einigen der zahlreichen Türschwellen wäre es für mich hilfreich gewesen, zehn Zentimeter kleiner zu sein, aber entgegen meiner Prognose habe ich mir kein einziges Mal den Kopf gestoßen.

Sehr gut

Sehr gutes Objekt wenn man die Einsamkeit wünscht. Da sich das Objekt in ca 800m Höhe befindet ist der Temperatunterschied ca 8 Grad. Tipp für die Anfahrt: ab Moya nur nach dem Anfahrtsplan des Vermieters gehen, da das Navigationsgerät zu ungenau leitet. Bessere Hinweisschild wäre nützlich

Lovely if the weather is good.

If you want to be offthe tourist drag, this is it. NEstled in a green valley the apartment is rustic but very well equipped. It is a long drive up to Fontanales and the drive is steep, not for a nervous driver. If you want to do anything you have to drive so a car is essential. We were unlucky with the weather so we were very glad to have central heating, a bath, and brushed cotton sheets. There is everything you need supplied and the cleaner comes everyday to do the pool.

Phantastisches Anwesen. Für stille Geniesser.

Die Ferienwohnungen, drei an der Zahl, wir hatten die Einheit 1,, sind in einer ehemaligen Finca in den Bergen nördlich des Berges und südlich der Nordküste gelegen. Die gesamte Anlage liegt hoch im Berg, deshalb ist es morgens, wir hatten Ende März, frisch und teilweise feucht. Im laufe des Tages wurde es aber immer sehr angenehm und trocken. Umgeben ist das Haus von einem sehr gepflegten Zitronenhain. Mein Sohn pflückte mir jeden Morgen eine Zitrone für den Tee. Auch die Rasenflächen und Terrasen waren genauso wie der Pool samt Bereich extrem sauber und tadellos gepflegt. Unsere Wohneinheit war liebevoll dekoriert und hochwertig eingerichtet. Bad ohne Makel. Leider war die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet, es wurde abends auch im Haus der Pullover Pflicht. Die Finca Nanita liegt nahe der Ortschaft Fontanales in der Gemeinde Moya, mit dem Auto (unerlässlich!) ca. 30 Minuten von Las Palmas entfernt, Maspalomas über die Autobahn ca. 60 Minuten. Viel schöner sind sowieso die Berge der Insel, und dort ist man mittendrin. Casa Nanita ist besonders geeignet für Paare die ausspannen möchten. Man kann ohne Probleme mit einem Buch zwei Tage am Pool oder im Garten verbringen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
