Munising Area - Walking Distance to Lake Superior - Located in Christmas

The Getaway is a newer remodeled cabin with 2 bedrooms (Master bedroom has a king size bed - 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds), and 1 bath (shower) located in the cozy village of Christmas located just a few miles west of Munising.

The Getaway Cabin has a flat screen TV with service provided by Jamadots internet/WIFI, tv channels. There is a DVD player with assorted movies for guests to enjoy. Assorted games, books and puzzles are available as well. The decor theme features pictures and maps of Munising & Lake Superior representing the interesting history of the area.

The full size kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped with all the eating utensils and cookware. There is a big backyard with a picnic table, a gas grill for all of your outdoor cooking, and a fire pit for your evening camp fires (4 campfire chairs provided). The neighborhood access to Lake Superior is approximately 350'. You can launch your own kayak from the beach. The ATV trailhead is located across the road behind the Casino.

Walking distance: Lake Superior, Christmas Casino, Furnace Bay, Duck Pond Eatery & Beer Garden, and Foggy's Restaurant.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave beds unmade & any used "extra" blankets on unmade beds. Leave kitchen towels in the kitchen & bath towels in the bathroom. Do not leave wet towels in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
Please make sure all dishes are washed, dried and put away. Please empty bedroom, bathroom and kitchen trash cans. Please bag up all the trash and put in the outside trash can.
Please make sure all the lights, A/C and/or heater/fireplace are turned off. Return keys to: (1 to kitchen table & 1 in the lock box)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests - no camping. All trash must be bagged upon departure and put in outside bin. All dishes must be washed/dried & put away.
Pets must be picked up after and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
