'Home from Home' in this fully equipped Cottage - 5 mins walk to Cawsand beach!

A modern cottage situated in a residential area of Cawsand on the beautiful Rame peninsula - Chy-an-Forn is fully equipped for all your 'home from home' comforts. The cottage is a flat 150 m walk from Cawsand beach and just 50 m from the Cornish Coastal path, and so perfectly suited to families or the active holiday-maker!

Carparking is conveniently located - you can park outside the cottage (subject to a local residents scheme) and the main Cawsand carpark is just 2 min away. Please ask for details.

The accommodation comprises a lounge/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, conservatory and downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms plus the bathroom.
For entertainment, the accommodation is provided with satellite TV (Sky+), DVD player, midi-hi fi and free wireless internet.
Outside, there is a front garden with access to the cottage, whilst to the rear there’s a small decked area from which a gate gives access to a minor road leading down to Cawsand beach.

Beautiful home away from home

The minute we walked in to the house, we felt at home. Clean and very comfortable. Loved the village, close to the beach, comfortable beds and lovely garden. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area for holiday.

Perfect place to stay in Cawsand.

This is a wonderful property, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Very near the beach. The only negative is the lack of parking but we managed to park for free a bit further up the road. I would definitely recommend this lovely home from home.

Well located (3mins walk to Cawsands beach max). Very clean and comfortable property and probably the best equipped kitchen we have stayed at. Also had a great conservatory and outdoor space (small decking area). I’d stay here again.

Short break in Lovely cottage in Cawsand

Had a lovely 3 night break with adult sons and their partners. Beautiful location so near the seafront. Cottage was lovely cosy and very clean. The pictures actually dont do it justice.The local resturants and pubs were outstanding. Highly recommended this property and area for a break. I wish we could have stayed longer. Amazing location and facilities

Perfect for a multi generational family holiday, house has everything you need, it has all the facilities and equipment you have in your own home with lovely outside space….private decking and shared garden. Location is just perfect, just a few hundred yards from beaches and several lovely pubs/restaurants for eating out in a very pleasant and traditional Cornish village. Contact with Gwyn the owner was very prompt. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely cottage in a great little village.

A lovely property with everything you would need for a great holiday. Very nice location in a beautiful village. If you want discos and night clubs go elsewhere, it's not for you, this is a quality break for those who like fresh air, peace and quiet and coast walks with stunning views. Owners 'no pet' policy makes it perfect for us, who wants someone else's dog's hair on the beds and sofas? We will definitely book again, thanks for a lovely stay!

Fantastic stay and a lovely little property close to the beach. Not a complaint, we just didn't realise we had to bring our own toilet roll! But we popped to the shop up the road and got some so that's okay. Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you.

Lovely cottage in a great location

The cottage is just as it is listed! I have never been in a holiday place with absolutely every utensil you could ever need provided in the kitchen! There was even a picnic set.. Location is brilliant, seriously only 5 mins from the beach. Car park is under 5 mins, use the back door much quicker to get there and back. After 4pm it is free and you can pay in the evening for the morning so you don't have to rush out to buy a ticket first thing. We had a very happy four nights there and would certainly come again. My grandaughter and her friend loved it. So many places to visit, Eden project, Maker Heights (where they make the most delicious breakfasts and other food throughout the day), Marine Aquarium in Plymouth. I could go on. I was a little dubious using the Torpoint Ferry but it is very well operated and even in busy times we didn't have to wait long and it only costs £1.50 return!! When we arrived we drove over the Tamar Bridge to Cawsand and it is further than the ferry so we didn't use it again and as you only pay to leave Cornwall I don't know how much that costs as we never used it again. We had a really comfortable stay and would certainly come again if we were visiting the area. I thoroughly recommend this property.

An excellent holiday cottage
