Private peaceful enclosed Villa with own Pool, Free Wifi and Extensive Gardens

You will not be disappointed with Anogyra and our wonderful holiday home. A private enclosed villa, with own swimming pool, extensive mature gardens amongst the olive groves which is well positioned within the historic village of Anogyra/Anoyira famous for its Pastelli, Halloumi and local Wines. The village is equipped with a bar/coffee shop, 2 Cypriot tavernas (one with pool), a further part time taverna open during weekends and special events and a shop. The villa comprises of 3 separate bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and a separate family shower/cloak room. Large open plan lounge with a variety entertainment systems including Smart HDTV set up to receive all UK as well as other global channels, local Freeview. Xbox 360 console can be used to play music and DVDs,, supplied with various DVDs including a media drive with preloaded films. Also includes free internet and powerful Wifi providing coverage through out the property and gardens. For the music lovers we provide a Hi-fi system with Ipod/mic/Bluetooth connectivity and for children we provide an Xbox 360 player with a large selection of games. For the younger children we have a selection of toys including Brio railway track. Fully equipped kitchen including a toaster, a caffetiere, filter coffee equipment, Nespresso coffee machine, a water cooler, fridge, cooker, oven and a dishwasher. French doors from the kitchen and lounge leading to a large covered verandah and a variety of outside dining/seating areas overlooking the private gardens and swimming pool (8m x 4m). Supplied with 6 Sun loungers and various umbrellas, including several garden table/chair and a rattan sofa set for evening drinks. The night sky is incredible for those into stargazing (feel free to use our telescope). Outside utility room includes a washing machine. Extensive and well maintained gardens, with numerous olive trees, vines, fig, , Pomegranate, plum, pepper, mosfilla, lemon and orange trees. Outdoor wood-fired oven and kitchen for alfresco cooking and barbecues (gas and charcoal). Central heating for winter, air conditioning and ceiling fans maintain a comfortable temperature in the Summer or Winter. All linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Weekly cleaning and change of linen can be arranged as an extra. Private off-road parking for multiple cars, please note we would normally leave our car parked at the house under the car port, this can be moved on request if needed. Please note pool is not heated but is kept open all year around, a solar pool cover is provided. Experience the real Cyprus in real village settings.

This is a fabulous bungalow, close enough to walk to the shop and restaurant in Anoyira. It's in a fabulous quiet position and close enough to the road links which can take you to visit the whole island.The kids love the Water Park and the beaches. We loved sitting outside and eating and drinking on the verandah.The weather is Cyprus's main draw and the sea. Thank you Gabriel for a fabulous stay.

Quiet and relaxing

The property was excellent, very well equipped and the pool the best we have had at a villa. The village has a few great options for eating out, all are cheaper and better than the resorts.

Such a beautiful villa

We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. Great location for hiking in the stunning Troodos mountains and sea kayaking the rocky coastline. Then kick back and relax in the most peaceful villa.

Such a lovely property in an historic Cypriot village. Very peaceful & relaxing and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. Beautiful garden and pool area, veranda gave shade when needed and wildlife wise we saw & heard laughing doves, swifts, beeeaters alongside the usual sparrows and crows, sling tailed agama lizards (according to my App!) All in all a fabulous holiday and we are sure to be back.

Everything you can need in a villa for a family

We had a super time at this place and the owner was very easy to contact and so flexible when we asked to check out later. It was a spacious property with a well kitted interior and also a beautiful outside are with several outdoor sitting spots, a lovely size swimming pool and completed with olive and lemon trees! We highly recommend it and would definitely come back again.

A real home from home.

We have had the pleasure of staying in this lovely villa in the past and this trip was equally as good as the ladt time. The villa has lovely rooms with AC. The pool and patio areas are equipped for at least 6 people and the villa itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Many thanks.

Village retreat

Very well designed accomodation, perfect for families. Great outside space with sun, shade and a cooling pool, very quiet. Well equipped inside. Close (walking distance) to the pretty village and local shop away from the hurly burly of the coastal strip. Good roads with easy driving access to sites of interest, eating out and local beaches. Highly recommended.

Holiday in Cyprus

We had an amazing holiday. The villas was first class. Very clean and the pool area so peaceful. You could always find sun and shade!!!! It had everything we needed. The village was very traditional and the locals very friendly. A couple of taverna's in walking distance which was nice if you didn't want to use the car at night. Would recommend for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Typical Cypriot villa in quiet setting

The villa is very well equipped and typical of the area. There is a good size garden and lovely swimming pool. Located on the edge of a quiet heritage village where there is a small bar, good family taverna and small supermarket. The villagers are all very friendly and welcoming. Pissouri is fifteen minutes drive away where there is a bigger supermarket and more restaurants. Gabriel was very responsive to all our questions and we would highly recommend this villa if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

A lovely week

We arrived at the villa and instantly fell in love with the place. Our first visit to southern Cyprus, the area immediately appealed to us - friendly people, pretty villages and starkly beautiful country, with quiet empty roads. There are plenty of good restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house and a large supermarket in the nearest town Pissouri. Needless to say, there are many historic archaeological sites also within easy reach - not to mention some beautiful beaches. The house itself is near enough perfect. Pretty garden, private pool, nicely appointed with everything you could wish for to help make for a perfect time away.

Wir haben im Juli zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Man hat hier alles, was man für eine tolle Zeit benötigt. Es ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist der hauseigene Pool.Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos geklappt.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön und ruhig in den Bergen

Wir haben 1 schöne entspannte Woche im Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vor allem die Terrasse und der Garten mit Pool ist sehr schön und gemütlich, wo wir und die Kinder uns am meisten aufgehalten haben. Sehr nett war, dass bei Ankuft Brot, Schinken, Käse und Milch für uns bereit lagen! Der kleine Ort ist auch sehr schön und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt. In 10 min ist man im nächsten größeren Städtchen Pissouri, wo wir auch 2x essen waren. Sehr nett dort! Wir würden noch einmal das Haus mieten, wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen. Hat uns wirklich gut gefallen!

Cyprus vacation

This is our 3rd visit to the villa and we still enjoy the rustic vibe and the quietness of the area, apart from the neighbours barking dogs!!! We would go again as it’s excellent value for money in my opinion and it delivers what we want ie a place to chill and relax with both Limassol and Pathos relatively close at hand.

Enchanteur!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison qui est particulièrement bien équipée (mieux qu'à la maison!).Un grand merci pour les petites attentions qui nous attendaient dans le frigidaire à notre arrivée. Le jardin est enchanteur et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les arbres fruitiers qui entourent la piscine (une mention speciale aux delicieuses figues),ainsi que nos soirées sur la terrasse. Situé à 15 min en voiture du grand axe routier de l'île, le village est authentique ,loin du tourisme de masse. De belles vacances!

Comme chez soi … tout simplement

Tout d’abord, Gabriel aura la gentillesse de vous faire parvenir un petit guide pour atteindre sa maison.. l’intérieur sera du même ordre : notices disponibles pour tout ce que vous voudriez utiliser !!! Comme à la maison !! L’emplacement de sa maison permet une belle découverte de Chypre mais à condition d’avoir une voiture On s’y sent comme chez soi : dosettes de cafe, petites attentions dans le réfrigérateur, le barbecue au top, la piscine, la buanderie, les chambres… et j’en passe … beaucoup !!! Avons nous réellement quitté notre chez soi ??? Ah oui il fait 40°…. Ça change tout et ça permet d’apprécier les vacances !!! Merci Gabriel pour l’accueil et les réponses immédiates pour des petites adresses ou autres. N’hésitez pas !

Very spacious and charming

The villa is very charming and set up in the hills of Anogyra above Pissouri (about 15 minutes drive), it has all the comforts of home and amenities you’d want for a holiday. The host was great and any issues I sent an email and he was very quick to respond and help when necessary. The air con in bedrooms and living areas is a god send on the really hot days, and water cooler in the living room is a stroke of genius. The pool is fabulous and the outdoor kitchen is a great addition. The bedding and towels are were all fresh and clean with plenty of spares available. I would only recommend that maybe the cleaner could be a little more thorough with the dusting and cobwebs. But the villa was in no way dirty!

Another perfect holiday

This must be the fourth visit we’ve made over the years to this near-perfect villa. It has absolutely everything that you could possibly want from the perspective of a quiet, well-equipped holiday “home”. It’s safe to say we’ll be back again in the future!
