Beach Cottage with Pool

Ibis Roost is a bungalow-style, ocean cottage and designed with relaxation and family fun in mind. Located in Seaside Circle in the Ocean Village subdivision, Ibis Roost is walking distance to the beach and village.

Our cottage has Two Primary Suits, one guest bedroom plus a kids bedroom for a total of 4 bedrooms. The Two Primary Suites, Upstairs is a Primary Bedroom connected to the "Kids" room over the garage; Down is a Primary suite & Guest bedroom w/ full bath. The Pool in a private fenced backyard is everything you need to have a memorable family vacation or a great getaway with your friends. The private front porch or screened in back porch both with hanging swings welcome you for a relaxing vacation. As you enter the house you will can sit and enjoy a full-length couch, love seat or an oversized chair. There are chaise lounges and a four-place table by the pool. Enjoy Ibis Roost, sit outside, catch some rays or take a short walk to the beach, approximately 1/4mi away.

The dining room has a table seating six. A breakfast bar overlooks the loaded kitchen with all the comforts of home. A large laundry room is located off of the kitchen. Outside you will enjoy the fenced in yard.

The downstairs Primary suite has a large queen-sized bed with views of the pool surrounded by live oak trees. The Primary bath offers double sinks and a tub-shower combination. The Primary closet is as large as a small room. A screened porch off the Primary bedroom has a table with chairs and a swing with direct access to the pool. The second downstairs bedroom offers another Queen-sized bed with shared access to a full bath.

Upstairs the second Primary suite with king-sized bed, views of the live oak trees, private bath and view that over looks the pool. The fourth Bedroom, 'the kids room' over the garage, has two twin beds with connected accessed from the upstairs master bedroom.
