Ground floor (no stairs) - end unit (quiet) Fully furnished, huge 2 BR, 2 full baths, with new kitchen, living room and dining room and outdoor lanai. In-unit washer and dryer. Located only 50 yards from pool, outdoor grills, gym, computer room, and clubhouse. Carport with covered deeded parking 10 steps from front door. Lucaya is a gated community, and close to Fort Myers Beach and US-41. Have had the same seasonal renters for the last several years who would be happy to be references. This condo will not last long. Simply one of the nicest communities in Fort Myers - a great mix of snowbirds and annual residents makes this a very nice safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to be.

What makes this property unique

Gated community. This is an end unit (no neighbors on one side) and a covered parking spot. Ground unit (no stairs) and a short walk to the clubhouse, mailboxes, dumpsters, gym, and huge outdoor pool.
