Located only 50 yards from pool, outdoor grills, gym, computer room, and clubhouse. Carport with covered deeded parking 10 steps from front door. Lucaya is a gated community, and close to Fort Myers Beach and US-41. Have had the same seasonal renters for the last several years who would be happy to be references. This condo will not last long.
