In Villamartin is located this beautiful modern villa in a quiet residential area in western location, fully air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool.

It consists of an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen and lovely midday and evening sun.

A total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. One bedroom on the ground floor with separate bathroom.

On the roof large sun terrace with sun loungers and shaded sitting area , where you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view. The sun terrace has an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator where you can enjoy chilled drinks at sunset.

Can not be seen from outside with private heatable pool. Terrace equipped with table, barbecue, deck chairs and umbrella. (pool heating against fee)

Free wifi and international channels (English, French, German, Spanish).

Near several beaches (Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca), golf courses (Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas) and all amenities.

Villamatin Plaza with pharmacy, restaurants, pubs, bank, hairdresser and supermarket at 2 km. The show is offered free of charge from the Plaza in Villamartin and you can enjoy the live music, ambience and performance from one of the many bars and restaurants in Villamartin Plaza . Aldi you will find at 750 meters.

Lovely modern villa in great location

We very much enjoyed our stay here everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday. Pool was amazing and warm every day and very clean. Tatiana very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay as was the owner contact. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Fabulous Villa - couldn’t ask for anything better!

The villa was fabulous, very well equipped and very very comfortable. Roof terrace amazing with sun all day, pool great for cooling off. Great comfy bed and lovely en-suite shower room. Couldn’t fault it. Heiko great host, sent us everything we needed and lots of information which helped with our stay. Very happy to return.

Fantastic villa

Had a great stay at villa_martina the villa is stunning and well maintained and there is everything there to make your stay enjoyable.The location is in a peaceful cul_de_sac .The owner is Hieko is very accomodating and there any time you need him and the lady Tatjana who looks after you during your stay is on hand when required overall would definatley return in future great holiday thanks

Beautiful property

The booking process was very good Heinco the owner was very patient i had to change my dates a couple of times and he was most helpful. we arrived the day the power went off in Spain and other parts of Europe,Tatjana was great at checking us in with no power, The house was absolutely beautiful and we had everything we needed, it was very well stocked and having the pool heated was a great bonus we had a car and would recommend oneThank you Heinco for the bottle of cava which we had on arrival it was very nice and well needed after learning there was no power in the country we would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful property.

Fantastic property

My family spent two weeks in this fantastic modern villa - it was exactly as described online and the perfect home from home for our holiday. Amazing Villa

Villa so clean modern and stylish ..but we still felt like home. Heated pool, roof top area stunning with sun loungers and seating area so you can get sun at all times of day. Owner Heiko amazing, and always there if we had any questions or needed any help. All UK tv channels and much more. Stunning Villa even better than pictures.

A relaxing stay in an amazing villa!

The villa completely exceeded our expectations - it was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was great and we enjoyed barbecuing most nights. There’s a supermarket within walking distance and restaurants / beach / padel courts a short drive away. I would definitely suggest renting a car as there aren’t many taxis in Orihuela (thanks Heiko for recommending this before we arrived!). Thank you for an amazing and relaxing stay!

Lovely Comfortable week away!

Heiko the owner has been friendly and very informative from the word go. We found the property very comfortable and welk equipped with everything we needed! Check in was smooth- as well as check out! Out little girl broke the freezer drawer by accident and after reporting and offering to pay for it, Heiko was very nice about it and sorted it with no charge. We would suggest this villa to our friends at any time and its great location !!! Thank you

Amazing luxurious villa

Amazing villa, awesome in almost everything including furniture, design - almost all things are brand new. Quiet place. The only minus is pool coverage - it's not easy to take it or put back :-) But heated pool is great! Enjoyed each day while outside was even +14C at mornings

Lovely villa

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks from 18th March 2023. It is a lovely villa probably the best one we have ever rented and we do rent often. It’s super modern and totally immaculately clean and in a real quiet location just what we wanted. Haiko the owner kept in contact with us while we were there and Tatjana met with us at the villa and popped in from time to time to clean the pool and check if we needed anything. We will definitely book this villa again. Thanks guys 1st class.

Amazing villa in quiet neighborhood

This was our first time in Villamartin, Orihuela. We rented the villa just out of pictures on VRBO and review about the house.To be honest everything was perfect. The villa was completely amazing. We were two couples staying in 10 days. There are many villas around but this one has the best garden if you want to stay in sun all day. And if you like the sun in the morning also there is the rooftop with view 360 degrees. We rented a car and I think that’s a must do staying in this neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this villa it is perfect for two to three couples or families up to six people. The communication with the owner and the care taker was very easy. I would not hesitate to stay there agin.

Best villa ever!

We love staying in mainland Spain and have always found a villa suits our family best. This is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. Modern, stylish and premium finish throughout. The owner and his host were fantastic, the right level of contact throughout our stay. The heated pool was immaculate. Everything felt like it had been carefully thought out and even the matching crockery/glasses/cutlery etc showed attention to detail. Lovely quiet area and just a short walk from shops and bars. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as with any stay in the VillaMartin area. So I’m summary, an amazing villa in a great location owned and hosted by fabulous people. We would’ve liked to have rebooked for July but sadly it was already taken

Lovely modern and well-appointed villa

The house is exactly as described. Modern, very well-appointed (superb coffee machine, loads and loads of crockery / glasses / cutlery, everything in excellent condition etc). The downsides: - You do need a car. The Aldi is a few minutes walk away over a steep bridge, but in the height of summer you will struggle to walk there and carry shopping back. - No local taxis. You will easily get a taxi to and from the airport but if you want to spend the evening in Villamartin Plaza or Torrevieja you will have to drive - there literally are no local taxi firms. - Pool is not massive, it is as described but you might find it difficult to have a swim if there are several of you. It's a leisure pool and actually suited us fine. The upsides: - Please do not let the negatives put you off. This is a really lovely place, well looked after and far more equipment and facilities than most. - The host. Tajana was lovely and met us on arrival. Heiki was great and provided advice on car hire etc before we arrived and replied really quickly to any questions when we were there. We had an issue with one of the window shutters (our fault, but an accident) and he had it fixed the next day with no charge which was very decent of him. - The area. Although it's not really possible to walk to any restaurants, you are located very easily for Alicante, Cartegena, the Torrevieja waterpark, shopping etc etc. This is a lovely villa in great condition, with a decent host and I recommend it.

Der Pool wurde reichlich genutzt. Die Lage war gut, überwiegend ruhig und doch zentral. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch zum Strand nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Kommen gerne mal wieder

Nos encantó la casa, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más... estuvimos genial pese al mal tiempo. Piscina ideal, zonas de relax fantásticas como el solárium o la terraza de las habitacines con sus respectivos sofas o hamacas,... A destacar los colchones ( Que bien descansamos...!!! ) La zona es tranquila y ideal para relajarse. La atención del propietario y de la persona de contacto fue excelente. Estuvimos 4 dias y 3 noches y se nos hizo muy corto.Nos encantaría repetir !!!

Impresionante

Hemos estado 6 noches esta semana. La casa es tal cual la veis en las fotos. Todo muy nuevo. Limpieza un 10. Menaje, hay de todo incluso lo que menos te esperas encontrar y todo de calidad. Al entrar te encuentras que te proporcionan prácticamente de todo incluso un detalle de una botella de champán. Tres habitaciones con tres cuartos de baño también muy completos..No nos ha hecho mucho calor pero la piscina es climatizada, así que hemos podido disfrutar de ella.La atención tanto del dueño como de Tatiana y su marido es magnífica, están disponibles para lo que les necesites.Relacion calidad precio inmejorable. Hemos mirado para volver en Agosto y lo tiene todo ocupado, no es de extrañar.
