This magnificent Penthouse duplex apartment is up to 4 people and it is located on the second floor and third floor. The Apartment is situated just 50 meters walking distance from the cathedral of Seville, Constitution Avenue and the most important monuments of the city. The self contained Duplex Apartment has two floors with a inside stairs, on the upper floor you have Bedroom, Bathroom and Private Terrace, and on the lower floor you have Lounge and Bathroom. With 3 balconies, to one of the famous streets in the city.

CHECK-IN:
On arrival, owner will meet travellers, handle keys, and explain how everything works, as well as general overview of local amenities, places to visit, shopping areas, and other useful recommendations.We are aiming to offer the best value and service possible. We want our guests to have such an enjoyable stay that they will not hesitate to return to us again in the future!

PRIVATE PARKING 15€/NIGHT/CAR!

At check in we require a 150€ DAMAGE DEPOSIT that can either be put up in cash or held on file together with your credit card details and returned to you at check out.

Change of the sheets and towels every 4th day and if you stay more than 7 nights we include 1 FREE cleaning time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Booking deposit fee (first payment) is never refundable. A voucher for future booking could be made under company criterion.
when cancellation occurs within 30 days before arrival 100% of booking fee will be charged.
when cancellation occurs within 60 and 31 days before arrival 50% of booking fee will be charged.
when cancellation occurs within 90 and 61 days before arrival 30% of booking fee will be charged.
In all other cases booking deposit fee is never refundable.

Excellent location!

We loved the location of this apartment! Very close to the Seville Cathedral and many shops and restaurants. It was clean and had lovely balconies overlooking the quaint street below. Highly recommend!

Fast PERFEKT

Vielleicht sollte erwähnt werden, dass eine wirklich steile Treppe (3 oder 4 Etagen) zu erklimmen ist. Steil und eng. Für uns kein Problem, aber ... Wunderbare Dachterrasse, die jedoch bis in ca. 2 m Höhe hochgemauert ist. Also Aussicht gleich NULL (es sei denn man stellt sich auf einen Stuhl). Hm. Ok, mitten in der Stadt, was unendliche viele Vorteile hat. Aber an dieser Stelle auch sehr laut. Ein ständiges Brausen von der etwas entfernteren Straße und eine permanente Stimmenkulisse der 1000 Mensch, die sich täglich durch die Altstadt wälzen. Wie gesagt, viele Vorteile. Aber halt auch viele Nachteile und jeder sollte seine Präferenzen vorher genau checken.

perfect location

Stayed for a few nights in July 2017. As you can see in the photo, the apartment is small but comfortable enough. The main plus point is the location, just a minute or two from the cathedral and restaurants but also a quietish street.

The main attribute of this appartment is its great location. If you don't mind 37 steps to get to the appartment and another 18 to reach the bedroom, you might be ok. Comfort is minimal.

Joli duplex, sécurisé, tout près des monuments historiques de séville. L'appartement est magnifiquement meublé, une jolie terrasse bien ensoleillé, La résidence est tout prés de toutes opportunités (restaurants, boutiques...etc) Ce qu'il faut noter c'est aussi le contacte trés sympa avec aleksandra, qu'est toujous pête pour toutes infomrations nécessaires Merci beaucoup et à l'année prochaine

Lovely apartment in brilliant location

This apartment was perfect: well-equipped, comfortable, very centrally-located, and good value for money. In the hot height of a Seville summer, it was a cool retreat - and just a few minutes stroll to the cathedral, local shops, bars and cafes. I hope to return soon!

Appartement situé en plein centre, à 2 minutes de la Giralda, du centre ville et des restaurants et 3 minutes du Guadalquivir. Joli et agréable appartement tout neuf et moderne avec 2 vraies salles de bain et toutes les commodités ( les photos sont vraies !). Bonne literie et climatisation réversible ( nous avons mis le chauffage vu la période ). Mais en duplex, seul inconvenient pour personnes agées ou handicapées: les escaliers. Sans voiture, on a pu tout faire pratiquement à pied. Un moment sympathique, merci;

Fabulous

We stayed for 6 nights in this fabulous apartment. It had everything we needed for a city break in Seville. It was very clean, well presented and equipped. Well worth the climb up the stairs! Close to all attractions in the centre of the city which made us feel in "the heart of it all." Would recommend to friends.

Great, clean apartment in the centre

The apartment was spacious, well located, spotless and well equipped. The heating worked well. The apartment has a free WIFI! Staff members were helpful and spoke good English and Spanish. It may be more expensive than other options in Seville but still offers good value for money. They allow pets to come, didn't have any problem with that. Highly recommend this apartment.

Great Location

We stayed 4 nights here with my boyfriend for holidays. The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The apartment has a free WIFI and international TV channels (even thought we really didn´t spend time inside watching tv..). The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedroom was with sheets and blankets and also both bathrooms were having big and small towels for use. Amazing Location!! Totally in the centre of Sevilla, just 1min walk-away from the main street and the Cathedral of Sevilla. The owner welcomed to the apartment and showed how everything was working, the AC, electricity keys and told how to deal when we check-out. He was super nice and gave us a map of the city and recommended us places to go to eat and shop! We loved the apartment and on our next visit we will choose to stay in their apartments again!! This was totally topp off for our stay.

Right in the centre!

The apartment is just in the centre of Sevilla. The apartment was very nice with warm/cold AC and with a beautiful view from the terrace, was very nice to wake up in the morning and take a morning coffee in the terrace. All the main attractions, restaurants and shops are just in minutes walkaway. Even on the same street you have many shops and restaurants. Just remember before check-in (previous dates or making the booking), tell the owners your arrival time or to give them a call, because they will be meeting you there with the keys at the time you are giving them. The check-in person was very nice and professional. We got all the recommendations what to do in the city and a phone number and email if we have any problems with anything. I gladly recommend this apartment for everyone. Perfect for 2 person, and I think that even for 3-4 person will be okay with the sofa bed!

Great Apartment

We stayed here for 11 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Seville. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen area. The air conditioning worked well and was a god-send in this very hot city! Very well situated in the centre of Seville right by the Cathedral. Would definarely recommend to others and would stay here again if we visited Seville in the future.
