Der Innenbereich war modern und sauber, die Anlage insgesamt ein Traum und die Lage mit dem Ausblick einfach wie im Film. Auch der Kontakt zu einem Ansprechpartner war sehr gut – schnelle Reaktionszeiten und Lösungsansätze. Negativ: Die Außenmöbel (Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten) waren alt und kaputt, die Betten sehr unbequem – schade, dass sie nicht so modern sind wie Sofa und Wohnbereich. Viele Dinge der Grundausstattung mussten wir selbst besorgen (Seife in den Bädern, Spülmittel, Schwämme, Müllbeutel), auch Gästehandtücher fehlten. Unpraktisch war die Müllentsorgung: Wird der Müll nicht abgeholt, soll man ihn 10 km entfernt am Büro des Gastgebers entsorgen – ohne Mietwagen unmöglich. Gleiches gilt für die Schlüsselübergabe: Bei der Anreise hatten wir Glück, dass der Schlüssel hinterlegt war, bei der Abreise musste er aber im Büro abgegeben werden – auch das ohne Auto nicht machbar. Hier wäre mehr Kundenservice nötig oder zumindest ein klarer Hinweis vorab. Ärgerlich war zudem, dass die Kaution nicht wie versprochen nach 14 Tagen automatisch zurückgezahlt wurde, sondern aktiv angefordert werden musste. Fazit: Schöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Lage, aber Verbesserungsbedarf bei Ausstattung, Komfort und Organisation.

Haus mit Meerblick, super Pool und Terasse

Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für erholsame Tage mit Freunden. Ausreichend Platz & Rückzugmöglichkeiten, einen gepflegten Aussenbereich und eigenem Pool. In wenigen Autominuten sind diverse Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten verfügbar. Die nahen Städte Palamos und Platja d‘Aro laden zum abendlichen Besuch ein.

Nice and quiet. Definitely need car if you stay there. Outside space (BBQ terrace and pool) really nice. We have enjoyed cup of coffee in the morning and glass of sangria in the evening on the terrace. Kitchen and bathrooms bit dated, but ok.

Lovely villa with great view - very comfortable and well managed.

Relaxing week in a quiet area - lovely pool and good facilities - I would recommend this villa for a family holiday.Car necessary .We explored the Costa Brava region from here.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben mit unserer Familie ( 2 Erw., 2 Kdr. 9+12J.) eine herrliche Woche in der Villa Vista verbracht. Es ist ein sehr großzügiges Haus, über 2 Etagen. Es ist gemütlich mit andalusischem Flair eingerichtet, mit CD, TV und Wifi. Es hat eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine und allem, was man braucht. Es liegt auf einem Hügel und man hat von der wunderschönen Terrasse aus einen tollen Blick über das Tal bis zum Meer. Die Terrasse hat sehr schöne Gartenmöbel und einen gemauerten Grill. Etwas unterhalb liegt der abends sogar beleuchtete große Pool. Leider war das Wasser etwas kühl. Einkaufen geht im Dorf in ein paar Minuten. Der Strand von St. Antoni ist ca. 10-15 min. entfernt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und richtig schön, wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. Auch die Organisation hat gut geklappt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Chouette villa

Villa très agréable, spacieuse avec une superbe vue. La maison est très pratique et dispose de la place nécessaire. Tout y est afin de vous faciliter la vie pendant tout le sejour: la vaisselle ( pas très grand: seul dommage), machine à laver, bbq. Pt plus: la barrière qui sépare la terrasse de la piscine pour les enfants en bas âges.

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires. Cette maison rustique, a vraiment une vue extraordinaire, très calme et les propriétaires craignent que les clients se sentent chez eux et ils ne manquiez de rien. La piscine est très agréable et reposant.

mooi uitzicht

Mooie villa in urbanisatie Rio d'oro. Oudere woning in perfecte staat en goed onderhouden. Keurig zwembad aan , tijdens ons verblijf is er 2 x iemand langs geweest om het onderhoud te verzorgen. De drie slaapkamers komen uit op hetzelfde terras, heerlijk zicht om op te staan en de dag te beginnen. Barcelona op een dik uur rijden, andere interessante plaatsen op een halfuurtje Girona en Figueres. Een stuk of 6 restaurantjes in Calonge zelf , ...in een straal van 20 km zijn ze ontelbaar. Mijn absolute favoriet...Can Roquet in Romanya . Ga nooit 2 keer naar hetzelfde restaurant op verlof , maar heb hiervoor een uitzondering gemaakt. De villa zelf is een garantie op rust. Wel opletten voor mieren(keuken). Direct opruimen en afwassen (vaatwasser) is de boodschap. Absolute aanrader , al is Noord-Spanje geen garantie op 2 weken stralend weer. Wind , wolken en zelfs een beetje regen moet je erbij nemen. Voor mij geen probleem , echte zonnekloppers daarentegen....
