Fabulous! Can't wait to return. Stunning location and spacious comfortable accommodation. Very quiet apart from all the beautiful singing birds. Lovely golf course only two minutes from the gate.Love it!
Zena’s place was amazing and she is a fantastic host! It was my husband’s birthday and she left something very thoughtful for him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the locations we wanted to visit during our trip with second to none. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic bungalow everything you need is there including a lovely home made cake waiting for us which was very much appreciated the area is lovely will definitely return again
Wonderful, clean, cozy, quiet, rental property. Well equipped kitchen. Large rooms. Overall perfect for our family. Enjoyed walking into the local village. Hosts very helpful and responsive. Will book again for next year.
We enjoyed our stay at Copperstones. The property was ideally placed to explore the cotswolds and located in a lovely and quiet village. Would certainly recommend this property
Loved our stay, our kids’ favorite part was feeding the donkeys in the back. Quiet and beautiful countryside area and cute cottage. Would have liked shampoo and conditioner and body lotion provided but not a huge deal. Highly recommend!

I am glad you had a good holiday. I do provide soap in the bathroom & kitchen but nothing else as I find everyone has their own skin requirements.
We had a wonderful stay here, the bungalow is very tidy and nicely tucked away. So there was lots of privacy and very quiet. We enjoyed watching the horses going past on the very quiet road outside. The village is beautiful too. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely consider staying again. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We only saw them once Their local knowledge was brilliant.
Property is great and would highly recommend to anyone heading to the Cotswolds area. Nice, quiet, accessible home that's a great place to "come home to" after day of touring. Good proximity to lots of locations (Stratford Upon Avon, Stonehenge, Bath, etc). The home is very well equipped and has space to spread out. Rooms had decent space and beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Kitchen was well equipped and host even provided a nice cake upon arrival. Living room, dining room, and sun room were all very well maintained and I think the actual furniture was newer (different style) than what was shown in the photos. Also had little clothing washer. Only issue we had was that the location was not accurately plotted on Google Maps (or Apple Maps don't recall which one we were using at the time) and it took us down the street to one of the neighbors. Fortunately, the neighbor came out (very nice guy) and pointed us to the right house. Also, seems pretty typical for houses in the area, but the 4PM check-in was kind of late and the 10AM check-out seemed a little early (used to 11AM-12PM). Overall, would definitely recommend to small families.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had issues finding the property, in the directions it does give details of the exact location of the property in the Lane & it is the only bungalow.
Check in times can vary according to my change over plan. I will always E-mail visitors if it will be available earlier i.e. before 4pm or if you don't need to depart by 10am.
I hope this clarifies the situation for other travelers.
We loved the cozy and quiet cottage! The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the cake Zena left for us! The shower was fantastic, roomy and great water pressure!! The location is awesome, central to everything. We would definitely stay again!
We had an absolutely lovely stay and felt truly at home at this easy to access location. Our hosts were so helpful and provided all the creature comforts of home. Exploring the Cotswolds was made easy and we will certainly cherish our time spent at the property and beyond.
We really enjoyed our time at Copperstones. A spacious cottage with the added bonus of a conservatory. Very clean and everything at the property worked well. My wife particularly like the shower.

Spacious cottage, quiet location and lots of attractions nearby
Zena and Chris were excellent hosts, the cottage was very clean and neat, and the property is larger than we expected. Our daughters loved the geese and donkeys.
The location is great; Stratford and Banbury are not far and there are plenty of National Trust properties to explore.
Would absolutely recommend!
