A lovely cottage in a beautiful location and near to the coast and many other places. Bed was super big and comfortable ( my back is very fussy and no problem) and the bath in the bedroom was a a lovely touch. Everything we needed for a relaxing week.

We were looking for a comfortable country retreat, from which we could explore the delights of Dorset. The cottage performed very well and it proved a calm and relaxing place to stay. The weather in early June was less reliable and plans for country and coastal walks didn’t eventuate. Locals had wet walking gear, but for us visiting from Western Australia we were unprepared.

Lovely cottage for a week in Dorset

Had a lovely stay at the cottage, which was in a good location for visiting Lyme Regis, West Bay, Charmouth and Devon. The children enjoyed feeding the chickens and there was lots to do for families in the area. Would recommend the cottage for anyone wanting to visit the area.

Lovely Christmas stay

A lovely cosy cottage that was ideal for a Christmas stay with a toddler and dog in tow. Cottage was warm and well-equipped with everything we needed. 20-25 mins from nearest beaches and we also enjoyed walking round the farm and visiting the chickens. We would stay here again - super spot!

Charlotte and Tim have put a lot of thought into making it a great experience for guests. It’s a beautiful part of the world with so much to see and do.House highlight was the incredibly comfy master bed with roll top bath!

Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay in this well appointed house. The garden area was smaller than we thought and as the owner's pointed out dogs must be on a lead as there is a main road next door. A good location for exploring places if interest in Dorset, Devon and Somerset.

Lovely spot!

The accommodation was comfortable and as described online. The cottage manual was useful, extensive and on the whole correct although a couple of places we were recommended to only opened at the end of the week… Would have been nice to have, in addition to half a dozen of their hens eggs, and pint of milk on arrival as we were limited as to where we could get some. Overall would recommend the cottage.
