Cornish Luxury

Seaspell was clean and tidy on arrival and provided our family holiday with a bit of Cornish luxury. The welcome pack was a nice touch. All rooms were airy and light and maintained to a high standard. The three en-suites were a real bonus for us as a family of adults. Having been holidaying in Cornwall for 20 years I can honestly say that Seaspell is the most luxurious house we have stayed in and would highly recommend it. The closeness to the beach was a key point for us and also the number of good restaurants near by. Thankyou for helping make our holiday so comfortable.

Perfect location in close proximity to the beach. Well-equipped accommodation with plenty of space. Great communication from the owner throughout the booking process. The family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will certainly return again!

Wonderful property in a brilliant location

Having been regular visitors to Constantine bay for many years we were delighted to find this house for rent as it is built on the same spot we stayed in an older property. The access to the beach via a footpath is a delight in itself, as the Golf course runs alongside and after a gentle climb into the dunes the glorious beach comes into view. The house itself is of the highest quality throughout. Spread over 3 floors with two en suite bedrooms on the ground floor, and the master bedroom and dressing room on the top floor.In between is lounge /Kitchen/Dining area that is the heart of the house. There is a small balcony where you can enjoy views over the golf course and out to sea. At the rear is larger seating area , perfect for eating outside. Proximity to the excellent Constantine bay stores is another welcome bonus. You can also walk straight onto the south west coastal path and within an hour or two , depending on your route, walk all the way to Trevone and have a bite to eat before the return leg. The comfort factors such as decent wifi,well equipped kitchen, and good communication from the owner all combined to make it a very enjoyable stay for our family of 6.

Fabulous stay in beautiful beach house..

Have been coming to North Cornwall at various times of the year for over twenty years. Our week in Seaspell Beach House in July was the best yet and we will be returning. The interior is fitted, furnished and presented to an extremely high standard however it is the location of Seaspell Beach House which is it's greatest attribute. It is hidden away at the top of a private driveway within 5 minutes walk of one of North Cornwall's finest beaches and enjoys outstanding Westerly views to Trevose Golf Club, sand dunes and the sea. Seaspell Beach House offers everything for a wonderful holiday for a family of five

Wonderful House , Wonderful Location. Could not ask for more .

From first arriving at Seaspell Beach House we could see it was going to be a lovely stay . The house has everything you could possibly need and more ! Every room had it's own charm , and the interiors were marvellous. The location is so central for getting about , and such pretty local areas to explore. En-suite in every bedroom really makes this property special , and personally one of my priorities when looking for a property to stay in was no dogs , this is not always easy to find for an allergy sufferer! Penny made the booking so easy to do , and we will be back . Cannot imagine finding any property to beat this , and the men in our party being keen golfers were in their glory ! Thank you Penny.

Seaspell Beach House

What else can I say about the house other that it was amazing...... Exterior, faultless, interior wonderful. The house is in a fantastic location close to the most amazing bay (Constantine) overlooking Trevose golf course and we had the most amazing sunsets every evening. The house itself was stunning the main bedroom at the top of the house was unbelievable, massive bed, fantastic walk in shower and bathroom, plus a large walk in wardrobe. The other bedrooms had en-suite and we're equally stunning. The living area was the length of the property with all modern appliances and there we're balconies with tables and chairs to the front and rear of the house. You could sit and enjoy the views and watch the world go by. I would give this house a massive YES, 10/10 all day. If you are thinking of booking a stay at Constantine Bay, you won't regret staying here. Another plus point was the local shop is a short walk away and had wonderful fresh produce delivered daily, I thoroughly recommend the Crab with a nice bottle of White. A really fantastic property, thank you Penny and I look forward to staying with you again, Regards, Kevin

Easter holiday 2017

We had lovely week in at Seaspell House at Constantine Bay. The position is great and close to the beach. The 3 bedroom house is immaculate and tastefully furnished with plenty of room and all the ensuite bathrooms were very high spec. We would definitely recommend it.

Superb, well equipped and contemporary holiday home, ideal for beach or golf.

The house has a very high standard of fittings, furnishings and contemporary decorations/artwork and the master suite in particular is beautifully spacious. On a practical note the kitchen is very well equipped, it was nice to have a separate laundry room, and the ability to put the holiday clobber in the hallway on the ground floor, without having to look at it all the time, was ideal! Penny made herself available on the end of the phone with advice and help as needed. The location is excellent with the beach at the bottom of the road, shop at the top of the road and golf club just a bit further on from there! Definitely recommended.

A wonderful family holiday!

The house is light and pristine. It is comfortable and luxurious; beautifully clean, spacious and tidy. Furnished to the very highest of standards with an eye for style and detail. We loved being so close to the beach. We could lie in, in comfy beds, rise for breakfast using the lovely coffee machine, be on the beach in 2mins, and come back for hot showers in the evening. The three stories provides space for a family to each find quiet when they want it, but relax together at other times in the large middle storey lounge. It was quiet and restful, with fantastic facilities. Five star! A superb holiday!

Beautiful contemporary house - wonderful position

As soon as we drove into the driveway we knew we were in for something special this holiday and the house did not disappoint. Its location, décor and facilities were all perfect so that even on rainy days we were happy to stay in! We ate out at restaurants far less than previous years as it was a pleasure to cook in the superbly appointed kitchen and this made a much more relaxing end to busy coast days. On sunny days we needed to go no further than down the sandy track to the amazing Constantine beach - a long stretch of golden sand backed by dunes. Although there is only has a small - but sweet - unit selling coffee and cake, they have a great system of radioing through to the eatery in the next bay who deliver delicious hot sandwiches - pulled beef and cheese was our favourite. Walks along the coast were stunning - west to Trevone and then onto Padstow or east as far as you like toward Newquay.

Wow! Gorgeous beach house!

5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach at Constantine Bay. Brand new 3 storey house in immaculate condition and pristine. Extremely stylishly furnished and very well equipped. Plenty of hot water and lovely showers. Spacious and elegant. Large living/dining area on first floor with great views out to the sea. Watched a beautiful sunset from the living room. Breakfast outside on the sunny balcony with great coffee from the fab coffee machine. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend surf lessons with Marcio at the beach, walk along the coast to Watergate Bay for lunch at 15 (3 1/2 hours) and lunch in Padstow, Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. All in all a great stay - highly recommended.

Amazing Beachhouse in a Spectacular location.

Seaspell Beachhouse is a brand new house only 2mins walk from the exceptional Constantine Bay. Seaspell has its own access to the beach via the footpath between the edge of the house and Trevose Golf Club. The house is southwest facing and enjoys the sunset flooding in to the first floor living space on any sunny evening. The house is the height of luxury with 3 fabulous bedroom suites as well as everything you would need for a beach holiday from beachtowels and indoor/outdoor showers to high-end coffee machines and Bluetooth music systems. The owners of Seaspell Beachhouse had thought everything to make our stay as good as it could be. If you are looking for a fantastic Cornwall experience then this is it.

Why they chose this property

We've been coming down to Constantine Bay for nearly 20 years. It's the sort of place you fall in love with as soon as you see the beach and beautiful coastline. It's truly exhilarating: whether you want to sit and take it all in, get active in the sea, or go walking, play golf.

Being foodies it also has much to offer: being 1 few minutes drive from Padstow - with the brilliant Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Cafe, Deli and Fish and Chips.

In addition it is the home of Cornish Golf with the wonderful Trevose Golf club right there.

So we always wanted to buy a place here. Our dream came true with the arrival of this brand new house in the Seaspell development. It's in such a good location, right next to the golf course, and with direct views to the sea, coastline and sunset.

All we needed was to fit out the new build with the sort of unique fabrics, fittings and furniture to make it super special. Seaspell Beach House is the result.
Everyone who stays gives it fantastic feedback, and it is literally one of the best places to stay in the area.
