This is a nice apartment in a great location in Trastevere. It is quiet, as it is in an interior apartment facing the courtyard, not the exterior street. However, it only has one window facing the courtyard making it a bit dark inside. The bed was comfortable and the pullout couch seemed new. It is right by a wonderful piazza ( Piazza di San Cosimato) with a farmer’s market every morning. It was walking distance to fabulous restaurants and cafes. Giulio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The bathroom is in need of an improvement, but it is an old building and is okay for a temporary stay. The building has an elevator and the AC worked well…in July!

Giulio was so extremely sweet! The detail and personality he adds to the stay is absolutely worth it all. From check-in to the unique and chic decor inside the apartment, it feels like you’re truly a Roman!

Clean place in the nice neighborhood of Trastevere. Plenty of restaurants and shops right in the area. Host very nice and would definitely stay there again.

The location is excellent for restaurants, farmers market, grocery store and bank. Easy to get to the sights. Check in with Guilio was great. The apartment is lovely and a typical Italian home which we enjoyed. Lots of special art and decor. Wonderful to have a washing machine too! The only downfall is the mold in the bathroom… if you are sensitive at all, be cautious. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great apartment in Trastevere! Fantastic location near a small market, amazing restaurants, and easy walk to the Colosseum. Vatican and Termini are farther but simple with tram, bus, or taxi right around the corner. The host was welcoming and gave us great local tips. Apartment was well stocked and very comfortable—highly recommend!
