Chalet Am Acher 3 is a 2-bedroom holiday apartment conveniently located in the heart of the family-friendly car-free village of Wengen! Just a 3-minute (230m) level walk from the train station and 5 minutes (350m) from the cable car, access to mountain hiking and ski areas is literally on your doorstep!

The apartment sleeps 4 - 6 people:

Or simply soak in the exquisite panoramic views of the Jungfrau, Breithorn, Tschingelhorn and Gspaltenhorn from the floor-to-ceiling windows or while dining al fresco on the balcony.



The well-equipped kitchen is sleek and new, and the modern bathrooms are immaculate. Whether in winter or summer, this apartment is a superb option for an attractive laid-back base from which to experience all that Wengen has to offer.

What you should know...



Although Wengen is a "car-free" mountain village, arriving by car is no problem. There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required.



There is access to the higher street level behind the chalet by taking the lift to the 3rd floor. From there, it is a more level walk into central Wengen.
