It is a bright, comfortable apartment, perfect location and panoramic views of Seville.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom is very spacious double, 1 bedroom with a 1.40 bed and 2 bedrooms with 1.10 beds. In the living room 2 sofas, one of them becomes a double bed, under the glass curtain you can enjoy a night under the stars, it has a door and can be used as a bedroom with privacy.
The apartment is bright with windows in all rooms facing the outside.
In the lower part of the building is the outdoor parking area, it is freely located.
The location is excellent, Nervión area, both Santa Justa Station and Airport less than 7 minutes away. This Avenue extends from the English Court of Nervión until linking with all directions.
10 minutes from Airbus and 10 minutes from the historic center. Perfectly connected to the historic center by 5 bus and taxi lines.
