Nice studio in a semi-detached house with garden on the Island of Elba

The Mimosa cabin is a semi-detached villa with a large garden of about 2000sqm in size.
The villa consists of two units, one of which is a nice and comfortable studio and the other is the owner's accommodation.
The studio is spacious (40sqm) and furnished in a simple yet functional way. There is a double bed, two single beds, one of which can be removed for more space. Flat-screen television, bathroom with shower and window, kitchenette with electric oven and fridge-freezer. Air conditioning equipped with heat pump. Outside there is a large covered terrace equipped with table, chairs, sitting area and sun loungers.
In common there is a barbecue, outdoor shower and washing machine. Two bicycles available to guests.
Car parking in the garden.
The house is located in La Pila and is 2 Km from Marina di Campo and 3 Km from Procchio. It is located in a very quiet residential area. The central position on the island becomes an excellent starting point to visit the island with its beaches and its characteristic villages. Some are perched on the hills and offer very impressive panoramic views. After a day spent around, it is a pleasure to return to the tranquility of Mimosa.
The owner is always available for any information or need.

Posizione perfetta, puro relax

Abbiamo appena finito la vacanza, siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti dalla casa e dalla cordialità della proprietaria. Essendo una casa in muratura portante, l'isolamento dal calore esterno era fantastico, aiuta tanto il portico e l'esposizione che nelle ore più calde del giorno ti permette di mangiare fuori al fresco e schiacciare qualche pennichella. Vicino alla casa c'è un albero perfetto per parcheggiare la macchina al fresco così da non salire in un forno ogni volta (certo parcheggiare sotto un albero vuol dire poi doverla lavare). La casa ha tutte le necessità, per viverci e la proprietaria è sempre a disposizione per tutte le necessità. A disposizione c'è anche il barbecue. Il servizio lavatrice in comune, con la proprietaria tra l'altro, non da alcun problema. C'è molta attenzione alla pulizia e anche alla differenziata, cosa che abbiamo gradito. Ultima nota, la vicinanza alla zona aeroporto, non si nota per nulla, anche perché gli aerei sono piccoli, da una decina di posti al massimo, non c'è sto gran traffico e non te ne accorgi. La vicinanza al paese ti dà tutti i servizi necessari ed in generale, nel giro di mezz'ora di macchina, arrivi in quasi tutte le parti dell'isola, quindi posizione ottima anche per esplorare i dintorni.

CASA SPETTACOLARE, CON UN GIARDINO MERAVIGLIOSO, SITUATA IN UNA POSIZIONE OTTIMA PER RAGGIUNGERE OGNI SPIAGGIA. SI TROVA OLTRETUTTO IN UNA POSIZIONE RILASSANTE, PERFETTA PER UNA VACANZA SIA CON AMICI CHE IN FAMIGLIA. LA SIG.RA LAURA E' DAVVERO GENTILE E ACCOMODANTE. DAVVERO TUTTO PERFETTO.

Comodo monolocale con bella loggia circondato da un giardino molto curato.

Con mio marito siamo stati 15 giorni nel monolocale Mimosa della sig.ra Laura (che soggiorna nell'appartamento attiguo al monolocale). Siamo stati molto bene! abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito, curato e accessoriato. La bella loggia che corre lungo tutto il fronte dell'edificio (arreadata con dei divanetti e un comodo tavolo da pranzo), la quale si affaccia sul bel giardino a prato, si è rilevata il valore aggiunto del monolocale! Quando siamo in ferie fare colazione e cenare fuori, riparati e all'ombra è molto piacevole! Inoltre le due grandi palme presenti nel mezzo del giardino, oltre a tenere sempre al fresco l'auto, consentono di essere riparati dagli edifici limitrofi e garantiscono la giusta privacy. La posizione del monolocale è stata per noi comoda e funzionale perché è centrale rispetto all'isola. Si raggiunge infatti velocemente sia Marina di Campo (e la sua bella spiaggia), che Procchio con l'altrettanto bella spiaggia, ma anche le altre località e spiagge dell'Elba. Infine, raggiungibile a piedi, c'è una edicola e se non abbiamo da fare una spesa grossa possiamo andare a piedi anche al vicino supermercato (altrimenti lo si raggiunge comodamente in auto). Insomma consigliamo vivamente il monolocale Mimosa a tutti coloro che amano soggiornare in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante, ma non troppo lontano dalla vivacità di un centro come di Marina di Campo. Gemütliches Studio mit grossem Garten

10 Tage genossen wir den Urlaub bei Laura in ihrem Studio. Es ist komfortabel und mit allem ausgerüstet was man so braucht. Wir genossen die gemütlichen Abende auf der grossen überdachten Veranda mit Blick in den wunderschönen Garten. Laura ist sehr nett und sehr hilfreich. La Pila ist ein kleiner schmucker Ort, ca. 2 km vom Strand entfernt und gut mit Velos zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicher wieder zurück. Danke Laura. A und M aus Z

Splendida vacanza in casa grande e comoda

Mia moglie e io abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni nella villetta a La Pila, vicinissima a Marina di Campo ed alle spiagge ma con la tranquillità di essere in una zona residenziale e con la comodità dell'ampio giardino per parcheggiare la macchina. La casa è ben arredata, con tutti i mobili e gli elettrodomestici necessari, rimane fresca grazie ai muri spessi e all'alto soffitto, e ha uno splendido patio in cui riposarsi e poter mangiare. La Signora Laura e la sua famiglia sono sempre stati gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni nostra esigenza. Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza!
