Dear Friends,

In Regard to COVID 19

We are open and honoring reservations.
We are an essential business and will continue to remain open unless further restrictions will not allow us to do so. We have no lobby or public gathering area that would otherwise need to be closed. Social distancing is no problem as each cabin is private and secluded from one another and you as an individual family have no contact with others on the premise if you choose. The cabins have been disinfected with numerous products. You are also welcome to bring any disinfectant product of your own

Outdoor activity is allowed and paramount to our health. Getting out into nature to breath the fresh air and listen to the spring songbirds is refreshing and healing. And as mentioned, social distancing is no problem in our rural setting.

Nice and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, comfortable cabin. We especially enjoyed using the fire pit and spacious backyard. The beds were comfortable and we felt very welcomed. We'd stay here again.

Perfect for Quick Stay for Concert at Alpine Valley

Five of us (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed for 2 nights to visit Lake Geneva/Williams Bay and attend a concert at Alpine Valley. The place was perfect for us. Close to town, clean, and comfortable. Jim was a great host!

Great time!

This property is very clean and a great location for all things. The beach is just 5 minutes by car. Jim, the owner, is so responsive and quickly accommodated everything we needed. I highly recommend.

Exactly What I Expected

We booked this cabin for a Labor Day weekend getaway and were very happy with the accomodations, especially that it was dog friendly. Jim was very accomodating and checked on us throughout our stay and recommended great options for food and activities. We will definetely come back the next time we visit Lake Geneva.

Beach Bungalow

Location is the best feature. a 5 minute walk to the beach-- a mile from the quaint downtown William's Bay shops and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable-- but, do not expect any "frills". Firepit area was a real plus-- but, it is a community fireplace for the other 6 or 7 units on the property. Overall, we were happy with ouir stay:)

A little weekend getaway for my four-year-old his uncle and me. Very convenient location and a very clean little two bedroom cabin that was absolutely home for two days. Jim’s a great guy, easy to deal with and I will recommend to everybody! Thanks again Jim!

Location, location, location…five stars!!!! The perfect location. Close to the marina, good food, surrounded by nature and million dollar properties. The owner is kind and helpful. The cabin was clean and basic. It needs a few minor upgrades- a newer AC unit, cleaner windows, master bed headboard, or a comfy couch to make it a true hidden gem. Good for the price.

We stayed the week before Christmas for three nights. It was a very warm cabin. With plenty of heat and hot water. Are purpose of staying there was to visit relatives nearby. We also explored the local towns and restaurants. We also cooked our own breakfast each morning. So would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Our short getaway

The host Jim was very nice and helpful Easy to get a hold of. Rhe place was clean.Only thing some of the pictures of the place were not accurate they pictured a recliner and a brown couch for the living room part but only had a futon and 2 regular chairs and the futon was hard to get on and off cause we have physical disabilitys and could of used a fan in the bedrooms but the rest was all good and nice needs were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay Would go back again

Misleading listing

This unit was actually one of several that’s part of an old, run-down motel. Pics were a collaboration of features from different units and not reflective of what we booked. Beds/bath were clean but overall property was shabby. Wi-Fi/TV was poor. Owner was overly intrusive with several visits during our stay. No amenities/supplies you would expect from a VRBO. Would not stay here again.

Great if traveling with a dog

Jim was a great host. Easy for traveling with our dog. Clean linens. Could upgrade a few kitchen items to make cooking nicer. Internet was sufficient. Easy walk down to the water front.

Jim is an excellent host! He responded to all my questions quickly, suggested a more appropriate cabin for myself and my two friends and was quick to address any of our needs while we were there. The cabin was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, we had lots of towels & washcloths and the full kitchen allowed us 2 wonderful evenings of cooking our dinner. There is a grocery store within walking distance and you can walk to Williams Bay if you go the other direction. There are beautiful mature trees all around the property and it was very quiet.

It's a nice cabin and location is great for access to the lake, downtown area and shopping. Jim was fantastic in both service and attention for anything I needed. Very accommodating and friendly.

Perfect for what we needed

We had a golf weekend with 6 guys and it was enough for what we needed it for. If it is going to be a hot weekend and hot nights, I would suggest bringing a fan or two.

Great location!

Jim's place in William's Bay was perfect. The location couldn't have been better - 10 minutes to downtown or your choice of great restaurants around the lake. Jim was super responsive and the cabin was exactly as listed.

Mother Daughter doggo weekend

My mom and I stayed 2 nights with our 2 dogs. It was exactly what we needed to escape the city for a few days! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to prepare our meals on site. We didnt use the fire pit but it was a nice set up! Just a short walk down the hill to the beach and access to the shore path. The dogs loved walking on the path, everyone was super friendly. Jim was fantastic at making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!
