It includes two bedrooms, one bath, living room, dinning room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a 300 square foot private covered deck. One security camera located on 3rd floor deck facing stairs. Another security camera overlooking the pool. This newly renovated 840 square foot unit has top of the line finishes, furnishings and granite though out. Plus a great communal pool to use!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed this property. We felt it was fairly priced. This property had all the things. We needed nothing for the beach it was all there! The bicycles were great and we did ride them a few times. Inside had everything you needed for the trip. We would stay here again. Thank you, Larry! We loved the outside areas!

Vacation

This property is exactly as advertised. Just minutes walk to the beach. Walking distance to shopping and dining as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the condo is absolutely adorable. The pool is kept up so well. We were lucky enough to be there when the owner was there and he was so much fun. I honestly can’t say enough good about this place. We absolutely loved it. We’re thinking this will probably be our next years vacation destination.

Great location

The vrbo was just as described! A very short walk to the beautiful beach, clean comfortable environment..We had a little trouble with the door lock, but may have been us. I also would recommend some written instructions about setting the cable/tv. But all issues eere respondedt very quickly. Thsnks again for a great stay!

Great Place

We took a family vacation of 13 people to our daughter and son-in-laws condo, located 3 blocks from this place. My wife and I stayed here and it was a great experience. The property was amazing and perfect for what we needed. A short 3 block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this place.

Indian Rocks Stay

The property was clean and in a quiet neghborhood as descibed in the listing. The listing stated being close to many restaurants. We assumed this meant within walking distanace, but most required transportation. The trolley is an excellent way to get around, it would be helpful to mention it in the property description. The bikes were an excellent addition as well as the beach supplies. The pool was nice although it was descibed as private but was shared with the other unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute condo, great location!

This condo was well maintained and the pool was an extra bonus. Location was perfect as the beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The check in process was easy and they were so accommodating with our requests. Definitely would stay again!

Clean, private, convenient

This property is on a dead end street with a lot of privacy but a short walk to the beach with no traffic. The new pool and deck are great. The whole property had a very at-home feel and was super clean. We made several meals in the kitchen. We will definitely visit again.

Private Condo

The condo was more private than expected! We really got a chance to rest and relax! It is in a good location! The place was so clean when we first entered! We highly recommend this stay if you want privacy and to unwind! We are looking forward to possibly staying here again soon!

This property is perfect! Great location. Great communication with David. Property was clean and cozy. Beach items were available for use. Bicycles were available. Excellent price. So close to the beach! We had a fabulous visit and will be returning to stay again. The only frown of the entire seat was the fire pit was not there. A+ rating. Thank you David.

Perfect beach rental

I have nothing but great things to say about this lovely beach vacation home. The location to the beach, only two blocks away, was a huge plus since we didn’t have a rental car. It is within walking distance to several delicious restaurants and a CVS for any needed items. The owner was very responsive and available anytime we had a question. He had several beach items available for our use including beach towels, wagon, beach mat, umbrellas and even coolers! The beds were SUPER comfortable and there were updated appliances throughout the home. There was a really nice outdoor area on our deck where we spent most of our evenings. We had the most PERFECT Florida vacation. I would definitely rent from David again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home so others can enjoy!

Dirty air ducts, dirty floor under the beds, lights blank when water turned on, not a beach house

Never again. Wo st place we have a ver rented. Certainly not worth h what we spent. I think we deserve a refund especially after being afraid of take ng shower. Because the lights blinked when water was tuned on.
